We ask for a beachfront unit. We were told by the literature the beach was 150 ft away. not even close We won"t be staying there again We ask for a non smoking unit- cigerette burns in the carpet and the bathroom vanity had burns on it. unitr smelled of cigerette smoke

I liked the location of the property and the ease of getting to places for entertainment and the beach. I also like the gated community aspect of the property.

We killed 3 roach bugs while on our stay. Two in the living room and one in the kitchen.

Kind of loud outside but not management's fault.

The size of the apartment for the money was exceptional!

A little outdated appliances, the turntable in the microwave was broken, sometimes the kitchen light worked sometimes it didn't. No broom, belt was broken on the vacuum, no TV cable.

The location and the host coming to check on the room right before we were scheduled to arrive.

On the inside of the bathroom door there was what looked like puke stains on the bottom half of the door. Honestly until we closed the bathroom door from the inside you couldn't see it so I would understand how a cleaning person might miss it. Other than that the place was great.

The unit has good spacing and it is big. It also counts will all amenities of dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.

The internet was not working, the unit was dusty and the location is noisy.

Location was really the only thing to like about it.

There were roaches and I have pictures to prove it. The couch cushions smelled of mildew and half of the appliances didn’t work. There were baby roaches crawling around so we are going to have to deep clean and sanitize our things when we get home. There were roaches crawling on the toilet and going in the cracks underneath. We pulled a pizza box out of the refrigerator, which had a roach crawling on it. None of the glasses that were provided were clean, we had to clean them ourselves from the jump. I tried to look past all of it until the roaches which I cannot look past. We will be contacting the health department and would at LEAST like a refund for the cleaning fee charged since this property was NOT clean.

Tv got one channel. Couch was not even able to sit might as well sleep on. Hot spot for partying. Very loud. Not family friendly. Couldn’t sleep wild. Police all night on both nights patrolling cross road bar. Never could find pool. No pictures bc I’m not bashing this place in no sense. Was not awful just not for me. Would I recommend yeah to a young person looking to party. The best spot. But not for a 39 year old with a 17 year daughter.

Very dated, sofa bed was in too bad of condition to be used, couldn't get TV to work, wifi was not always working, very loud street noise (to be expected due to location though)

It's right across from the beach with a pool and free parking.

We arrived to a dirty apartment. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the coffee pot had moldy friends in it, the floor has sand all over it, the bed had no sheets on it which is so strange and the couch bed is HORRIBLE! The metal wires stick out bad at the end so watch out if you have small ones but the mattress is maybe an inch thick and super super old. The property is not quite at night! You will hear EVERYTHING!
