The apartment is in the center of the city, everything is close, supermarket, shopping and banks. The apartment has a very good quality Wi-Fi internet connection, the kitchen has everything, the apartment is very cozy, the neighbors are very quiet and the building has a security camera, that is, it is safe

the property was basic compared to others in the area that I have stayed in. The whole building smelled of pot, weed whatever you want to call it. The whole building was just awful. There were empty bottles of vodka and beer cans on the stairs and someone surrounded by cans sleeping on the steps in front of the main door. We had to climb over him to get inside. There was a key pad to enter the building through the main door but the rear fire exit doors were constantly open so any security was non existent. We did say to the company that it was a pretty rough area but we’re told that was normal for a city location. Maybe it is but it isn’t an issue we have had with previous stays in Peterborough. The flat itself wasn’t too bad once you were inside. some of the cutlery and crockery wasn’t very clean but the beds were okay and the shower was too. Towels were provided as were tea and coffee. The area, the stink and generally feeling unsafe will be enough to prevent us returning. We were happy to leave and will not be back.

The main entrance door to the apartment was a pain . The code panel you use to enter as no light so at night you can not see the numbers as they are faint. . Most of the time we got in with somebody that had a flat there.

The apartment itself was great, clean tidy and furnished well. Lots of bed space, the 2 kids didn't want to share a room so the sofa bed in the sitting room was perfect for the oldest. The beds were also comfortable. We didn't eat at the apartment but we could have done as there were plenty of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. Lots of towels and bedding which was also good. The bathroom was good and clean with a nice shower. The location was good as it was central and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the shopping centre. The location of the apartment itself was the problem, if it was not on the ground floor we may have been disturbed less. Aside from the nightly disturbances and cigarette smoke the accomodation itself was good. KVM were really helpful also as I had a few problems accessing my emails so they were happy to send me the details by text and also talked me though gaining access to the building on first arrival. Each time I called they were available to speak to which was a positive.

The apartment was ground floor and was situated by the car park which was in 24 hour use of the smokers who were in residence of the building. Consequently our apartment reeked of cigarette smoke all the time, opening the windows was not an option due to the noise levels at night from the people in the car park and the risk of smoke coming in through the open windows. Luckily the weather was not really hot as we would not have been able to open the windows at all. We were woken at 4 am the first night we stayed due an an altercation between some members of one of the apartments which lasted until 6am. The doors were banging all night with them coming in and out of the building, shouting in the car park and loud music. None of us went back to sleep. The second night went to bed at midnight and we could hear loud music and talking outside of the building so this made settling down to sleep difficult. We were then woken at 4.45am by yet another skirmish and the shouting and raised voices continued to take place in the car park. Not ideal for a family with young kids and I would be unlikely to stay at this property again. The blinds throughout the apartment were an issue, we couldn't draw them back due to privacy issues, in addition to this they were not black out blinds so the light came in to the room very early which disturbed sleep. The fire door closet to the car park was left open constantly and this was a security concern. We did not park at the property as I had assumed we could. KVM kindly tried to see if there was availability but there was none so this must be booked in advance and is only £4 per night. We did find alternative parking very close by at Beales but this was £18 for the 2 days.

I wouldnt advise booking this dumpholethe door code to get in the building didnt even work leaving the only way in via the back fire exit door which is not always open I had to wait up to 30-40 mins each time outside that door for someone to leave through that door to get in. Personally i feel like that is a violation towards me!

Great property. Ideal for me location wise. Easy access to local amenaties. Key collection was smooth and stress free. Hosts are very accomodating and the cleanliness was exceptional. Would hihjly recommend.
