Very short walk to reach the Abbey, Pump Rooms and theatre, Really good, friendly and flexible service on breakfast arrangements, and very nice to have it delivered to the room. Our room was very quiet, almost a hideaway. And although parking is a bit tight, it is rare indeed to find a place at these prices to include parking.

Great location with free (tight) parking. Tasty breakfast served in the room. Clean and well stocked with a decent hospitality tray and plenty of toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very uncomfortable bed with pillows that have seen better days, unfortunately. We did not sleep a wink - the bed was too hot (not sure what is under the sheet, but it made us feel very hot and uncomfortable) and the pillows were not at all supportive or comfy. The shower was a big let down - a mere trickle. My daughter wanted to watch some TV and it was not tuned in. I had to work out how to do an autotune which took a while. For the price we paid it was not good value for money.

Very well equipped comfortable accommodation in an excellent location with free parking. Full breakfast included. Very welcoming staff.

The mattress in my room would benefit from upgrading (from 69 year old’s perspective).

Fantastic B&B in a great location. Amazing staff who helped give lots of information about the city. Room was great lots of nice extras like biscuits and plenty of tea/coffee. The breakfast was incredible and parking such an added bonus. Amazing value for money.

it was ok.

old and a bit musty. room was very top of the stairs. too many steps. no main sitting room… only rooms to sleep. breakfast in room only. bad eggs and coffee. tiny shower that worked when it wanted to. it was cheap. you get what you pay for.

-When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a staff member Paul who was friendly and so graciously helped us to park our car. -The location was fantastic, a flat 10min walk into the shopping heart of Bath (unlikely many places, which can be hilly.) -We loved the minor touches in the room like the many flavors of tea available, cotton pads for makeup removal, milk and biscuits in the fridge. We felt welcomed.:) - The bed was very comfortable. - Breakfast was yummy and ordering was a breeze.

Nothing really. If I really had to nitpick it would be that the shower was not a walk-in one, but was connected to the bath-tub. However, the water pressure was good and it was easy to use. And for folks who would like a choice between a shower and a bath, this would be a bonus.

Location was excellent as were facilities. Staff were amazing, happy to help with queries and available.

Bed was too soft. Parking was extremely tight!
