We enjoyed the view to the beach, the pool at the resort and hot tub, and the beach access. The condo was nice as well.

The staff was not helpful at all with questions, and several other guests mentioned the same thing. Not enough elevators; would take up to an hour wait to go up to 23rd floor or down to garage level. The left side of the bed dipped, and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Only thing I enjoyed was the pool . And the unit we stayed in was fine except the couch / extra bed was broke from previous guest and they weren’t going to compensate us in any way till I called a couple times . Then only $220 was allegedly refunded . After having paid almost 1500.00 for 3 nights with TWO beds and a couch which we did not have . The room being on 22nd floor was a nightmare . Elevators never worked , or were packed full of kids that could have used stairs . We waited half our trip at elevators . While there half of them were broken during our stay . Parking garage is awhile other nightmare . And no security to handle noise or partiers . We were woke up on22ndfllor in middle of night to literally what we thought was the end of the world screaming . Apparently the kids renting rooms were having a yelling competition and no one did a thing . InMIdDLE of the night . Never staying here again

Elevators - need more , need monitors running them heavy /busy weekends or holidays to keep kids off them for one. Need security to handle rule breakers and noise Need security to handle ppl by pool breaking rules I witnessed every single day Need one elevator for just ppl checking in or out and deliveries (food) and maintenance or maid people . It took us a hour and a half just to get checked in and to our room when we arrived bc all elevators were busy busy busy

the location was good the view amazing the pool it’s really nice

My room was really dirty, the blankets where horrible the pillows stank, the toilet had poop every where and they left the trash in the restroom with some tampons it was horrible

i loved the location of my room. having all the balconies facing the ocean and the pool. it was a great view and way to connect with your neighbors.

the security were very rude, and not helpful at all, for instance i had taken off one of my bracelets to shower before going to get food, well i came back and realized i never put one back on. they threatened to kick me out of the condo. and would not let me access the hotel for almost an hour even verifying my booking.

the location was perfect! had wonderful beach access! perfect beach view from the 22nd floor! had everything we needed in our room! the pools were beautiful! had a nice bar! the food was awesome!

the only complaint I had was we were on the 11th floor of the parking garage and it took like 20 mins to get in and out of there everytime we wanted to go anywhere! they should have a ramp that goes up and down to get in and out instead of making u drive around a million times!

It was a really nice location and a pretty place. The resort and pool/hot tub is really nice. The tiki bar has amazing drinks like really really good. Our condo was also really cute and nice for all 6 girls!!

The front desk was really vague about everything. We also called to see if we could get our rooms early and they said it would be ready by four so we killed time for an hour till we can back around 4:30 and we walked in to the guy still cleaning the condo. Where to park where to go for our rooms the front desk where you would assume someone is they aren’t there to a small desk on the side. We had no clue about the parking garage and where to go to find our spot. From what it seemed it was completely jumbled up and random. The vagueness caused my car to get towed which really sucked.

washing machine and refrigerator was not working fixed both the day before we left had mold in the bathroom and all over the curtains

I like the ease of booking and getting a couple of questions answered quickly. I like that the property was right in the heart of the action and right across the street from walmart.

I had to request the check in information twice. I would have liked to receive it a day before arrival and not the day of when I was driving to the property. I didn't like that I wasn't told about the additional $60 fee that was charged for parking and using the resort facilities.

The view was nice.

The bed center support slats we’re not sturdy. Each night before getting into bed, we had to adjust them and make sure they were secure enough. The bathroom inner shower curtain liner needs replacing. The security staff was rude in my opinion, yelling as if they were a drill sergeant in the Army still. The noise level of this place was crazy, people party too much. Parking deck- unorganized parking spots and they aren’t wide enough, barely was able to get my things out of the passenger seat. Elevator wait was RIDICULOUS!!!!! And it was hotter than HELL in there. Need more Hot Tubs!

I loved everything about the location and the condo was beautiful. The only thing is there was a group of kids (teenagers) outside my condo at 10pm hiding doing who knows what.

My bed sheets had stains of blood. And look for clean sheets on the closet and it was dirty too.

Very nasty had to go buy supplies to clean it but I was charged a cleaning fee. Tried to call them they wouldn't answer or return my call. Door was broke would not lock the whole time

The elevator waits or broken.No one knows where to take their trash but are required to remove from room.
