Workers are nice.
Room was dirty, hair, dirty bathroom. Got transferred to a cleaner room and still, the mirrors were dirty and the bathtub. People here don't know how to clean or are lazy. Manager needs to inspect.

The bed can be better not the best compare to other small hotels in tijuana that i stayed before have better beds.. the free breakfast was only coffee piece of bread and fruit the buffet breakfast got told was extra charge if I wanted. also cleaning lady knock on door at 10am to see if she can clean when I was asleep check out is at 12pm no reason to knock at door at 10pm

we arrived from doing some shopping and it was 9:40pm when we stopped by the front desk to see if the restaurant was still opened. Front desk agent said yes it closes at 10pm but even if you walk in at 9:55pm they will still serve you. I proceeded to the restaurant and it was 9:43pm by that time and the server mentioned it was closed already. i informed him the front desk said we could still get service. I could tell the server was bother and told us to take a table and he’s response to us was “ Ok sit down and order fast” my wife was bothered by he’s remark and we got up and left.

Good location to move around. Easy in/out check in.
Too noisy in the hallways at night. Can't get a good night sleep. Management should consider warning loud visitors to keep the noise down to allow other customers to rest.

Convenient and safe location in the city center. the breakfast was really great especially the omelet/egg grill option. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
The gym was underwhelming and the machines were outdated. Parking was confusing as you have to go through valet but it’s tight getting into the front of the hotel lobby through a turnaround.

I did not like the traffic noise because it is located close to one of the main streets in Tijuana
