Clean and nice pool and outdoor facility

Room was super nice, with amazing amenities. I was only staying for one night for a concert but totally would come back here.

The hotel lobby is modern and upscale. The double queen room we had was spacious and modern.

The staffing on the weekend was inadequate as the restaurant wait time seemed like hours. The bathroom sliding door was difficult to open and the sink was plugged so that the water drained extremely slow. Yuck!

Staff- mostly in restaurant. We tried to get drinks at the bar two different times during our stay when according to posted hours it was open, but both times the staff there said they were not open and ignored us. It was weird.

It was like an array of goodies at that property. Great location, super easy and quick to anything you can think of . Will come again.

The bed - very uncomfortable, the water pressure in the shower - almost nonexistent, the pool - super dirty pool floor and temperature really warm, the room temperature - never got overly cool, and was too warm, we booked a kind size room for three nights only to check in and be told no king beds available, but we did get a free breakfast voucher for one morning, and the morning we checked out we were awoken by housekeeping coming in our room a little before 8:30am.

Property is nice

They have a disgusting way to clean empty rooms. They drop towels on the floor to hold the door open. And as you are returning to your room you see all the mess inside plus the towel you could use in the future used as a doorstop. I’ve never seen that before. And I will never see it again in that hotel as I’m never coming back.

The breakfast was excellent. Very nice and attentive wait staff. Very well prepared food. Very nice and comfortable dining facility.

The hotel is very attractive and clean. Our room was very attractive and comfortable; the bed was very comfortable; the television was excellent. We encountered several room deficiencies that were very disappointing given the reputation of the hotel and the price we paid for a corner room with a lake view. First, the idea of a corner room with a lake view was very misleading. Your could catch a glimpse of the lake through the trees, but not what I would call a lake view. More importantly: the dead bolt did not work; the sink didn't drain well - water accumulated in the sink; the soap dispensers in the shower either did not have sufficient soap to work properly or were just very hard to squeeze sufficiently to get out a meaningful amount of soap; and, finally, and most disturbingly, my wife got locked in the bathroom and could not turn the lever to open the door. Fortunately, there was a slot in the outside part of the lock into which I was able to insert a quarter and turn the lock to open it. Otherwise, we would have needed to call the front desk for help. Of course, our great concern was what would have happened if she had been traveling alone and had encountered the same problem. These deficiencies are why we are unable to give a positive review of our stay.

Room was very clean and staff pleasant. Good location as well.

The pool was dirty.

Breakfast was a simple but substantial ala carte menu. Quality and taste of food was good. The pancakes we ordered were a huge serving, more than enough for 1 person.

We were on a road trip and dropped by to rest for a night. Didn't explore much. So we can't find something we didn't like.

Sink was totally stopped up and shower. There was build up in shower. Bed was hard and pillows too soft and not enough towels! Room we paid for said lake view! We paid extra and couldn’t see a lake at all!

Property was nice but I was over charged!
