Location optimal; the view of the Gulf was incredible and wonderful (sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise every morning will not soon be forgotten. I loved the ths shower and the bath. The pool facilities were the best in Galveston
We stayed one other time in the the Galveston East (east end). It was much older unit and not nearly as well maintained. I did like the beach accesses. It was too difficult to get our beach stuff from the car to the beach, we ended up loading the car and driving across the street to park and beach.

The views. The quiet. The security of a locked entry gate. The Keurig coffee maker. The prompt communication with the leasing manager. Fans in each room. Parking. The balcony. Location. Location. Location.
The front door lock was tricky and needs to be replaced. The Master king mattress has a very loud squeak. Master bath needs better lighting. The front door needs an interior security gadget. The lamps in master didn’t work. Furniture is shabby, not chic. Squatty potties very short. The cheapest, thinnest toilet paper ever.

Our Condo was on the Seawall Ave. and the beach was just across the road within walking distance so excellent location. The condo was nice but the ac wasn't working that 1st night. Called the manager 1st thing and he got someone right out to fix it. We discovered on day 2 that the washer wasn't working either, he called someone for that also but they couldn't get to it until the day we left.😑 All in all we had a great time and brought all our dirty beach towels and other laundry home to do. But it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Steve was very helpful and called right back and got right on any problem that arose. He also had some good recomendations on local things to do off the beaten path. Would definitely stay again!!

The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic. I like that it had the higher chairs already there so you could see over the balcony rail.
Someone had parked in our parking spot, but that wasn't too bad.

I liked the easy access, via phone and text, to the owner (Steve). Booking.com stated that arrival instructions would be sent to me prior to my arrival. One the day of arrival, Steve emailed very detailed (and easy to understand) instructions for where to park, hope to use the door lock, and was easily available when I had a question about the property. Regarding the apartment, before sunrise, and at sunset I was on the balcony enjoying the beauty of living on the Gulf Coast. Being on the 9th floor was very helpful in reducing the noise from the main road. I really appreciated that there were no keys to retrieve, return, or use during my visit. The door lock with the code was very convenient. The reserved parking spaces, in a covered parking garage, ensured that I never had to get into a hot car. The sidewalks on both sides of the road (coast side and condo side) made walks and/or bicycle rides relaxing and safe. When there was an issue with the internet and the television (see below), Steve immediately contacted the internet service provider to restore internet service within an hour, and worked with me on a television resolution.
The bed in the main bedroom felt like it had a mattress topper that may need to be replaced. I felt like I dipped down to the center of the bed. The server listed in the instructions for the internet was not visible, and there was no internet service. One phone call to Steve had the problem resolved within an hour. Note; there had been a hurricane the previous week, so it was no surprise that there had been service disruptions.

No information on disposal of garbage. Also needs more places to hang towels.

The apartment was very roomie and had everything we needed including a great view of the ocean and not high traffic but not far from anything we wanted.

Great place to stay! Plenty of room and comfy beds. The view is fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
