None of the tv channels worked and it was complicated to get only 6 channels to work.

Der Ausblick Das Office war geschlossen aber die Empfangsdame, die eigentlich gar nicht da war, reinigte die Kaffeemaschine und informierte den Manager gleich bei unserer Anreise über den katastrophalen Zustand des Zimmers.Was er bestimmt schon wusste. Sie half auch bei der Codeeingabe die sich doch als schwierig herausstellte und besorgte einen zweiten Stuhl für den Balkon.

Das eingeben des 10 Stelligen Code war sehr schwierig.Die Eingangstür war verdreckt und die Nachbartür (Dolphin D 2)verrostet. Das Bett war nicht gemacht die Kaffeemaschine war noch mit Kaffee und Filter gefüllt.Der Ablauf des Waschbecken ist verstopft so das das Wasser erst nach längerer Zeit ablief. Keine WIFI Anmeldung möglich.In der Dusche ist die Deckenlampe stark verrostet. Die Balkonverkleidung war verdreckt und ungepflegt.Diese Mängel sind zu größten Teil nicht neu oder dem Manager unbekannt wenn er mal in das Zimmer blicken würde.

Cleaning could have been better. There were food wrappers under the bunk beds, and the floor appeared unswept with what appeared to be dog hair.

It was right where the beach was and it was beautiful.

My bath tub didn’t close so I couldn’t take baths.

Not much the window coverings were from dollar tree and completely see through.

The code was not sent until way later. I had to call vacasa which customer service sucked as transfered around and still no code after waiting on old for 40 minutes.

The TV was broken didn’t work I contacted vacasa and called for 4 hours calling every half hour NO ONE ever called back. And we had no tV that night. When someone should have called back with in 4 hours There were no chairs in the room only a very low small metal bench that the legs wobbled when touched and would collapse if you sat on it. That was awful. Adults need a good chair to sit on Not feeble small low bench it’s not what you have pictured in your room photos of what it really looks like it looks much nicer in your photos and it’s not what you get. That’s wrong you need to update your photos to show how it really is. That way people are not disappointed and uncomfortable. False information is wrong

The view , the beds were nice & firm , the fireplace

Your photos of the room were not the same. It shows 2 big couch chairs , nice table with a lamp between them. There were NO chairs at all nothing to sit on other than the bed. Only a small low hard metal bench That didn’t look to sturdy. It looked very weak , nothing like your photos. I took pictures to prove it. Very disappointed as there was no place to eat other than sitting on a bed to eat. Not everyone wants to balance their food in bed to eat. You should not advertise those photos. They are a total misconception it would have been nice to sit in a nice chair to eat and enjoy the fireplace but that was not possible as your room is set up differently than you advertise Very disappointing 😟 plus there were no wash cloths or hand towels of any kind just a bath towel. And the bathroom floor was dirty, black dirt The floor had not been cleaned . I paid a cleaning fee and got a dirty floor

It didn’t look like the photos that represented it. No chairs, no carpet, a cheap metal outdoor table and the bathtub shower backed up with water up to my ankles after showering for 3 minutes. Water stayed in tub for 3 hours next person couldn’t shower. Tried calling staff 4 times couldn’t get through. Was on hold 4 times 30 minutes each with a recording saying sorry for the long wait. Never got through. Wasted my vacation time trying to call too many times no response. You need to update your photos. That was a disappointment. With nothing to sit on but the bed. That’s Not what was showing in your photos I took pics myself to show how it really was. The view was nice and it was clean except for the bathtub clog made showing impossible for others that was very disappointing

The views where breathtaking and the location was perfect

for the value, the accommodations were fine although they could use a bit of refreshing.

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Worst trip in my life.. Tried getting help and was absolutely not able to. Booking.com screwed me over and completely ignored my issues, which were pretty serious. The worst is that I'm allergic to dogs. My room was covered in dog hair. Was supposed to be no pet's allowed. The heat didn't work fire place broken. The tub didn't drain, so I'm basically not able to use it. The room was dirty and we had to clean it when we first got there. There was an entry door located right by our room where people ALL night long were walking through it, slamming the door every time. The people upstairs were so loud all night long. When I brought all this up, I was ignored 100 percent, and then when I did get someone from booking to assist me, the lady put words in my mouth and basically wrote me off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We will NOT be using booking any longer!!!

The staff were amazing & the electronic keys and checkin/ out are very convenient!

Beautiful view, very cute room, nice and clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub!!

Sadly the fireplace did not work. We were really excited about that.

Great location, perfect for the price. The check-in and check out was a simple process and easy to share with contacts.

The indoor plants was my only issue with my stay. I was very pleased with the accommodations.

It looked fancy and the fire place was nice.

The bathroom tiles were broken and cracked. Had to put down towels so I didn’t cut my feet coming out the shower.

The fact that there was blood on my pillow that wasn't mine and no pillow cases for starters, then I call and tell them they send someone to bring me pillow cases and takes my old pillows doesnt bring me new ones, so that bugged me then I take a shower grab a towel and I had long black hair on my shoulders and some where on counter gross not my hair not my dad's hair. And top it all off my neighbors upstairs stayed up stomping until about 3 am I call and tell them all this and they can't even give me a small discount

I liked the value. I got my money's worth.

It was all good. I have been there before and will stay there again. It's a basic room for a basic price.

Nice view. Room was very clean.

Walls are thin, we heard the people in the room next to us talking and their dog barking. The room above us pounding footsteps until 2 am. People outside around the fire pit laughing and being loud well after quiet hours. Parking was limited.

The beds killed my back bad, like no sleep first night at all,then slept on pillows and my 3 inch foam I bought. And a bottle of Tylenol. Seriously was hurting me bad.
