The location is lovely. It's a gorgeous neighborhood with easy access to everything in Boulder. While we mostly drove, it would have been very easy to access everything via bike or bus. There is a local supermarket, bakery and good restaurants within an easy walk of the house. Carla was responsive and helpful and provided many staples that are often missing from extended lodging situations. She also provided a generous supply of welcoming food items which was unexpected but delightful.

It is a basement apartment so there is limited natural light. It's not a big deal - there are plenty of lights. But just something to be aware of if that's important to you or if you plan on spending lots of time in the apartment as opposed to outside in Boulder.

I got caught out by the cleaning fees. Because I was on Booking.com rather than Airbnb I presumed that the price per night was the price I would pay. I should have scanned my booking more carefully. There was an additional charge of £134 cleaning fees that nearly doubled the price of my stay. I will not make this mistake again.

Everything was spelled out in an email before we arrived. The kitchen (loved the gas stove) had everything we needed, food was even left in the refrig for us! Wifi to watch a movie at the end of our day of hiking.

I liked that it was walkable distance to Lucky's and restaurants. The food supplied for out breakfast was nutritious and filled with variety.

I would like the sitting area to be under trees there so it would not be so hot in the afternoon to sit outside.
