It’s within walking distance of the Woodside station with both easy access to JFK airport and the 7 subway to Times Square. Room was generally nice and large and was clean.

Check in desk was behind a window. They only offer coffee and some cup noodles in the morning (was not advertised as having breakfast) but they could offer more and should expand to a proper breakfast.

Nothing, this was one of the worst hotels where I have stayed... first is a per hour hotel, hope you know what that means... The staff barely speaks English, but they do not even make the effort to try to communicate with you (English is not my first language and I can tell when someone is given his/her best even when they do not speak well).

They do not provide soap, only a 1 oz bottle of shampoo/conditioner and another the same of body lotion, but only once, no matter who many days you stayed. As soon as I arrive I realized that I do not wanted to stay there... so I talk to the receptionist lady but she told me that I have to go through booking, so I call booking and they told me that they will send an email with the request to the hotel manager and will let me know. I did not have high expectations because I knew the cancelation policy, so almost forgot about it. On my second night, at 3 am in the morning, some knock the door of my room yelling me (in a very bad English) why I try to cancel my reservation if I am still using the room... threating me to call 911 and take me out, when I did the check inn I payed the 3 nights and leave my 100 dollars deposit as they requested, so no reason for the threat or wake me up at 3 am for nothing. I just told him that we can talk later in the morning around 8 am. After my 3 am incident with that guy, I realized that my cancellation request was approved at 230 am and that's why the guy was so furious with me (I was asleep at 230 am). By 330 am I received another email from booking reversing the cancellation, so the hotel win that battle... It is clear for me that I will never stay there ever in my life, and I will not recommend using this hotel unless you are looking for a per hour place to stay...

The location and the scenery

Czyste i przestronne pokoje. Bardzo miły personel. Okolica bezpieczna i spokojna. Do stacji metra i LIRR ok. 10 min. Dobrze skomunikowane miejsce z lotniskiem JFK i Manhattanem. Rano dostępne były dla gości ciepłe i zimne napoje oraz tosty z dżemem, płatki z mlekiem. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu.

Convenient location, good price compared to other hotels, huge and confortable beds

Although there is a no smoking sign, the hallways smell after smoke. I had to switch a room because the room smelled of smoke/weed. The essentials in the rooms could be upgraded - to include a free bar soap instead of moisturizer, so one can wash their hands..

Good location on walking distance of good metro lines and Citibike stations, and close to some very nice restaurants. Spacious room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Staff was helpful.

Temperature regulation throughout the hotel was a bit strange. Our floor (6th) and room were constantly very warm.
