The property itself had a cute tiki bar and nice pool!

The apartment that was stayed in had no A/C after the first night and the shower in the main bedroom got clogged. The tub got clogged the very first shower we took before we even went down to the beach and got sand everywhere. We tried calling the number I was told to call and they said they would contact their plumber and someone for the A/C and give us a call back when they got to our apartment complex. We never got a call and nobody came to fix it.

Our door code never worked had to call someone to the property often . First time showed up in a timely manner after that didn’t show up until the next day?!!

The condo was not clean . To tell you when we walked out on the balcony to see the beautiful view there were TOE NAILS ALL OVER THE BALCONY!!

The view and proximity to the beach was amazing. I loved the kid pool for my younger son. The condo was close to food and things to do.

The condo was filthy gross. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean. The shower was moldy the walls had slimey hand prints all over them. It appeared that someone had spilt pop and there was pop all up the wall in the kitchen. When there is that much visible dirt you don’t really feel clean and good about the linen and dishes so we washed all of that before use that took time away from our vacation. We also did not get out parking passes and pool passes for 3 days which the security guard who took his job way to seriously did not appreciate. He gave my kids a hard time every single day about it which was obnoxious after spending $3,500 for the week (which also included a cleaning fee).

I liked the location, parking, the actual structure was clean, and the pool. The owner needs to tidy up the unit we stayed in, it was a nice unit, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed.

I did not like that the hot tub was not working, my son loves the hot tub and was disappointed. Also, I did not like that there were signs posted saying if you had your own umbrellas that you couldn't get a place by the ocean water ( in front of the condo where you rented from ) unless you sat behind the other umbrellas for rent or your other option was to tromp over in other territories and set up. I paid a lot of money to stay a whopping 3 nights, and then had to be at an inconvenience when I went to the beach. Just a heads up, all of us don't have $100 or whatever that fee is to rent those umbrellas that take up the whole dam space in front of the condo. If they are going to set their umbrellas/chairs up for rent, they should only be allowed to set up on half of the beach frontage of the actual condo. Not the whole dam front of it, they took up all the beach front. I am not sure if that is a law or not, but I will not ever stay at the Watercrest again due to this. I have rights to that beach frontage because I paid for it and should not get hammered again to rent an umbrella for an outrageous price....just take a peek for yourself from a balcony at how much space your rented umbrellas take up and how many people actually rent them, and think about the rest of us who paid for that view as well.

It was good size.

The kitchen smell bad,the floor super dirty,a lot of dust.living room smelling very discosting.

It was beachfront with a ocean view!!

The couches were torn & uncomfortable. The rest of the apartment was excellent it was fabulous but the couches tacky!!

Location, pool, hot tub.

Room wasn't cleaned well. Items listed that would be provided - wasn't. Sofa bed was broken, outlets didn't work, dryer scorched several clothing items.

WaterCrest is a beautiful location

The location itself is beautiful- other than that there was not much to love about this very unclean and unkept condo - DO NOT recommend booking with anyone that uses “Vacasa” - Took 5 days (entire stay) to get requested clean air filters for the AC as the dust was literally inches thick!! The vents were blowing dust onto the ceilings which was very visible - the furniture was falling apart (LITERALLY) - Nails or sharp objects stabbed you in the foot any time you walked into the kitchen or around the carpet in the seating/dining area. Holes punched in walls, busted deadbolt lock on the door. Drawers missing out of cabinets or bottoms busted out - the dryer burnt our clothes… the list goes on! An elderly woman on oxygen had to stay in this filth for a week and that is just sad and unacceptable! I have never stayed in such a dirty/dusty and unkept place especially for that amount of money!!!

Not good the property manager told me to come get my parking pass and pool pass 2 miles down the road.... She showed up about 45 minutes later with the items that should have been in my room.

Check in... I contacted my contact they stated check in @4 but we showed up and the place was a mess... Check in was 2 hours later......

The property and my particular unit 1106 was clean and nicely decorated! more than enough cooking utensils. just a beautiful condo all around. plenty of seating… we were a family of 7. wash and dryer in unit! beach chairs and toys!

We had 2 toddlers and we were afraid that they could slip through the balcony railing. we noticed other units had some sort of barrier up (that didn’t obstruct the beautiful view of the beach), to keep kids from possibly slipping through. So it was challenging to enjoy the balcony without constantly worrying about our small kids. But once they were sleep it was nice and comfortable to sit out and listen to the ocean waves.

The condo was excellent. Very well stocked. The BEDS were great!! We will be back!

Nothing inside, but the front door was banged up and safety chain gone.

Everything…. Love scene from balcony Home away from Home.. Had everything you needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the Balcony scenery my favorite. And I am a person that has a hard time staying away from home. But not here I slept well and so did my family. I could stay there. Thank you To the Family of Watercrest Condos. Plan to come back next year around this time or Before.

I am not complaining, Thankful to have my family here with me. my kids First time at the Beach they were wowed!
