Close to the location we were playing basketball.
Parking!! You should not allow people coming for an event to park in places over people actually paying to sleep there for the week. On Saturday night I spent 30-45 minutes driving around looking for a parking spot, people were parking in the fire zones. I went into the front desk and explained my frustration but was told that the event would be over soon. I said well that doesn’t help the fact I am wasting my gas in my car driving around waiting for a spot, security should be going around the parking lot and asking these cars not to take up 2 or more spots when parking. There was a ford explorer broken down with a sticker on the window that was there the entire 5 days I was there, that should have been towed. If I pay for a room, I want to park and enjoy my room, not drive around. That was my only complaint.

Issue after issue. Check in was 4 p.m. not ready until after 8 p.m.. no coffee maker, or requested crib in room. When crib finally delivered, no crib sheets. No linen for pull out bed. Restaurant took an hour to fulfill food order. Breakfast staff was rude to my children.

bathroom door kept jamming and you would get locked in, staff at front desk was horrible, y’all over booked and we got a smaller room for the same price😞😞

No hot water for shower told to run water for 15-20 minutes when you did get hot water only lasted a few minutes I don’t enjoy cold showers! Staff did offer to change rooms but we were out early morning and returned evening not an option

The location is really the only thing going for this place
We had a reservation for a suite(double beds) for 3 people that I had set up weeks in advance. The only thing they had was a suite with a King. They said they could roll a cot in the room for ‘extra’ sleeping space. I’m not paying that much money to sleep on a cot. They gave us a reg room with 2 twin size beds. The smoke alarm was dismantled as well as the thermostat. No help from the front desk staff.

I didn't like nothing about it the dishwasher did not work I called him to repair it they never came the sliding glass door was broken and anybody could have came in and break into my room I complained about it they never did nothing about it the service for cleaning was horrible they wouldn't bring you towels they wouldn't bring your toilet paper I would not recommend staying here the front desk is very slow they have one person working at a time to check you in and to check you out they took $700 where the deposit for me and they never gave it back to me yet and they're telling me it's my credit card but yet my credit card says that they never released anything so I wouldn't recommend staying here

I didn't get the room that I booked for. The bathroom was not clean properly. There was soap scum on the shower walls.
