The beautiful lady tending breakfast was great. She kept the place spotless and was very friendly and helpful.

Website said breakfast was served until 10:30. First day, we came down at 10 and everything was put up. The sign said it was served until 9. The pool needed cleaning.

Property good, just we had a water leak in room. Told front desk and was told no maintenance done on weekends. Waited for another room to become available for rest of stay.

Poorly accessible location. No good dining options for miles. Had no regular in-room regular coffee pods for the 3 days of my stay.

The hotel is right by the Mesquite Arena. The pool had a leak and wasn't available while we were there. Looks nice though. The rooms are very spacious. Wow... I loved the two burner availability in our room for food preparation. The bathroom was large with two shower heads in the shower. Need more hooks by the bathroom sink. Only place to hang make-up bag was by the shower. Commode was away from mirror in bathroom. You weren't cramped for space.

Need more hooks in the bathroom for towels, make-up bag, etc....I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know how it is. I wished the pool had been available. Not their fault.

NEVER STAY HERE. We checked in at 4:30pm with a lady, I can’t remember her name but she had long hair with a piercing on her forehead, and was told that the deposit on the rooms went from $20 a day to $100 a day. We adjusted and paid the deposit on top of the $610 for the stay. $910 total was paid on our debit card. The total funds were pending in our bank account, unable to touch it. We were put into a 2 queen bed studio instead of a king studio that we had booked. When I asked the next morning, they assumed they didn’t have a king studio available so they put us wherever they could. The very next afternoon, someone came to our door trying to ENTER our room saying that we owed $230 dollars. I thought it was a mistake since the total amount was pending on our bank account. Sure enough, they said it was not a mistake and that we didn’t pay ANYTHING. No record of our payment. Asked to speak to a manager and was told to come down the next morning and show her my bank statement. The next morning, I come down and was told Katrina, the manager, was in meeting all day and to meet with her the following morning. We were under the impression it was ok until then when we left our room at 9am. Come back to our room at 4pm to get my 1 year olds milk and special bathing soap so she could stay at her aunts house and they REFUSE to let us in our room to obtain her items. We requested to speak to a manager AGAIN seeing that it’s 4pm on a Monday. The manager, KATRINA, refused to come to the hotel to figure out the issue. The front desk lady, Mattie, wouldn’t try to help either. She wouldn’t make eye contact or give any effort. We ended up having to pay an additional $420 dollars to get my baby’s items. We have checked out early, cutting our trip short because of the disrespect, reported them to the BBB and have disputed all charges with the bank waiting for responses. They took $910 at checkin + $420 to let us in our room + $60 for incidentals. Equalling $1390.
