room was dirty and had horrible musty odor and not well maintained. in serious need of an update. bedroom very cramped and bed had a horrible squeak. vents were moldy. washer was nasty.

We chose this condo mostly for the view and it did not disappoint. Beautiful. We were just steps away from the beach ⛱. The livingroom/kitchen has an amazing view of the ocean. At night you can see all the fishing boats. There are several beach bars within walking distance. The combo washer/dryer was of great use.

The condo needs a major upgrade. Looks like it hasn't been painted in years. The shower isn't made for anyone over 5'5". Had to stoop down to get completely under the shower head, (I'm 5'8"). Bedroom light switch didn't work. Maintaince came but couldn't figure out how to fix it.

Great Beach view and beach easy to access. Cons clean and well equipped.

The condo needs update in bathroom and kitchen. Cabinets a bit old and worn. The balcony needs better chairs had plastic cheap chairs.
