We were turned away on Christmas because my wife only had a picture on her phone of her id. We stayed there the night before actually and there wasn't a problem. Instead of just getting 2 nights I waited and ordered the room the next day. So they wanted to see our identification again. I had mine but my wife lost her purse so she only had the picture. There was a different employee and apparently they can't except the picture even though we stayed there the last night. It was Christmas and my wife and I slept in our car. I'm discusted with this place. The mans name was Noah. Ironic having a biblical name and putting my wife and I on the street on Christmas. Never Go there. There horrible people.

Property I liked The not so gentlemen on staff, checking in customers, refuse to check guest in, then asked us to leave property or will charge us for trespassing for no reason Tall light skinned male age 30 to 40 hair comb to side is the front desk clerk description, very angry, very mean  in a unprofessional Shouldn’t be working front desk with that attitude

I like the property has stayed there before  night clerk was  Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, still took our money and refused to refund  said he would call the police and charges for trespassing

I felt very safe. It was quiet and the staff is very polite and professional. I had a good night's sleep.

The last 2 days I booked I asked for a bathtub. I got a shower. There was no pressure. The water barley came out.
