Great Balcony overlooking the boat basin. Apartment had many extra amenities like two coffee pots, ice makers and good utensils. Everything in good working order and kept looking good. Many things a bit outdated but in good condition. Loved the trolly pick up to the beach and back. Our host have excellent communications and give a lot of information.

The location was fantastic!

The apartment was extremely dated. The carpets on the stairs were extremely filthy, we did not walk barefoot. The shower, kitchen and bathroom cabinets were all very old and show lots of wear. But, overall, the place was fantastic for a weekend stay!

The property was very accessible to everything. The property was very spacious and felt like home away from home.

The master bed was very comfortable. Our views were gorgeous of the harbor and we were in a great location to everything . Kitchen was fully stocked , which was great. Would visit again !

One of the guest bathrooms was not usable do to a leak , and our host couldn't get a plumber to come out due to it being 4th of July weekend. So my girls had to use my bathroom. Only bummer 😕

There was plenty of space for our family to rest and recoup after our day of driving. A great location so close to shops and restaurants- our extended family was close by in another condo so it was a perfect location for us!

The upstairs air conditioner did not seemed to be working however as the evening went on it did cool down! The bathrooms were a little dated and turning the shower on was a challenge for my teens !

Keyless entry was nice touch. Rolling bellhop caddies was also nice. The best part of the stay were the sunsets... absolutely fantastic. Being right there in Shelter Cove was nice as well, lots of places to walk to. Kitchen was very well stocked, more so than most which is always a pleasant surprise.

The beds in the upstairs guest room were so hard that they were virtually unsleepable. Which was strange as all the other beds were fine. But those in the upstairs 2nd room were back breakers. Unit needs some love. Things are getting old, cabinets hanging at angles or not working. Showers with a dribble for pressure (master was fine and the best). But much of the unit is original...time to replace. Don't show me pictures of the outside grill on the patio when is is unusable. It was broken and barely warmed...why show me pictures of something that can't be used. There were propane bbq units in the parking lot for use although it's 4 floors down. While the location was nice, it wasn't ideal for the beach. There is a parking pass that comes along with the unit, but there are only a few spots at the lot and if you are later than 10 going to the beach be prepared to walk about 1/4 to 1/2 mile to get there from the additional parking. Shuttle was available, but tough with all the things you need for a family for a day at the beach. The pool ( small be adequate) is far away from the beach. So you have to decide which you would rather do...not ideal

The condo is tired

I loved the fact that when you first entered it felt like home and not a hotel. Communication with the host was spectacular!

The only thing I think would be better is if we could have more than one parking decal.
