ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

The room was a catfish. Our sheets had cigarettes holes. only gave 2 pillows. As for covers basically gave us thin sheets. The chair that was in the room had terrible rips. The bathroom had hair in it as if it wasn’t properly clean. Walking through out the halls had stains. 3/10. Would not recommend but i guess you can say that you get your money worths.

That I got off work at 2am & called the number that’s posted in the lobby, no one a answer until about 4am after the cops were called & was told I would get a refund for the night.. called a week later they didn’t know what I was talking about & were aware of the situation

The employees that were under the manager were all really nice! Very helpful staff and they seemed to be smiling every time I looked they're way.

Unfortunately, the place is looking more and more rundown every time I see it. I'm a local but every once in awhile I'll go and stay in a room here or room there just to kind of get some time for myself or with my significant other. Whispering was always my first choice because the pricing was perfect for what they offered. The rooms were nice they were more like studios rather than hotel rooms. But much like a hotel room, there was plenty of pillows and sheets and towels, there was plenty of little toiletries, iron ironing board, the showers were clean and worked really well the bathtub stoppers worked really well. Toilets were clean and pristine and in good shape. The floors were very clean always swept and even mopped or whatever because I could wear no shoes or no socks and my feet would still be clean. The coke machine used to work all the time these past couple times that I stayed and has not. I heard over the past few days I was there from other guests how everything is so bare there's not enough towels to go around, and even the manager herself told me that they're getting rid of the coffee maker that's in the lobby. She obviously doesn't understand that little things like that is what brings people in and makes people feel comfortable in order to choose to stay especially if they can stay and extended amount of time. I was very disappointed and it kind of makes me sad because I loved that place now I'm just going to have to find somewhere to go other than that and the worst thing is, it's right next to a Walmart and a Target and other places that may not be the top of the line shopping but good enough and surrounded by restaurants. I really do hope that it straightens up and becomes what it once was.

I had booked a room with a sofa bed and I didn’t receive the sofa bed.

Rooms were clean.

the Hallways were in rough shape and smelt.

The room itself was fairly decent

No breakfast. No staff during a morning check out. No soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the room. Occupants apparently had to go down and ask the staff. But there was no staff to ask.

Not a great place to stay.

No creamer for coffee . I checked into 3 different rooms before I got into one because the battery on the lock was not working on 3 rooms.

I liked that you had to get a key to enter the building and the rooms were nice

I made a mistake on reservation and when I got it fixed they only made it for 6 days instead of 7 which messed my rate up tremendously so my only problems were with booking.com not the hotel this has caused me a lot of extra money

Nothing I got a refund

It was horrible n they took my 525dollers that was supposed been refunded then the manager the gm penny hollerd at me n told me shut up n listen then hung up on me n I mean she yelled it poor customer service not mention nobody can find my money n then Amy the manager hung up on me as well when I called bak so I will be reporting n calling coropate in the morning bad customer service

the hotel is trapped out … people living in there … workers live in there … my key barely worked for the doors to get into the hotel … didn’t have a tv for 1 night because the remote didn’t work just not what i expected

no amenities, super uncomfortable bed, poor quality towels and sheets, didn’t feel safe, no hair dryer, terrible smell in hallway, The phone didn’t work to call the front desk, no one was there at the front desk for check in or check out

Didn’t even get to check in due to safety concerns. Lots of criminal activity. Doors were blocked by 3 men

property was mostly clean and tidy.

doors are very heavy and slam shut every time. sounds like a bomb going off every single time the door closes. wall are paper thin. most of the guest are living there so it has a very seedy vibe. expect to get approached by residents asking for your food, money, and cigarettes. never stay in room 120 if you want any chance of peace and quiet.
