The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows!

A business trip at a near By hotel. Good overall

When arriving the front desk employees were very rude and rushed us and didn’t give us all the instructions we then needed. It was an awful experience and both have decided we wont use your hotel ever again!!

Our stay was a one nighter. But Eveyone from front desk. To maintenance man were very nice and helpful. Ish all hotels and there staff were like this one.

Overall the stay was nice; the grounds are well kept, there is a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel, so it was nice to have that option. I appreciated the fact that entrance and elevator use required a room key so it feels more secure than some other hotels. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and they were able to accommodate my early check-in request. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, linens, and furniture. The only reason why I did not give this review 5 stars, was because the AC in the room was blowing at wisper speed. I tend to run hot so this was uncomfortable for the first couple of hours until the sun went down. There were 2 vents and two thermostats in the room, only one was blowing very slowly and the other was not blowing at all; even with the fan speed turned on high and temp set to the lowest possible setting. I would recommend that maintenance checks it out (room 6016). I would not hesitate to stay here again, with a proper working AC, of course.

Amazing, really clean and relaxing

1. I couldn’t pay with tap although my card I used to book the room was loaded in my apple wallet. 2. No cookies were given to use when we checked in. 3. The room spelled like sewage when we entered. They did fix the issue by flushing the drains. 4. The mirror light did not work but was fixed after check in. 5. There wasn’t an extra roll of TP for the room. 6. The toilet bubbled when flushing causing water to splash around and this was absolutely disgusting. I asked twice to see about getting this fixed and it never got fixed.

It was fine. Everything that you would assume you would get with a $200 dollar room. My only complaint is the loudest AC unit from 1986 in the room kept me awake.

the hotel was nice and stuff is friendly. rooms are nice and clean and love that you can open window in the room to get some fresh air.

The room was big! However it was not panoramic!! The furniture in the room was chipped and broken!! Room had a smell to it. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Bath tub was huge and deep however it wasn’t that clean. The bathroom had hairs all around it. They need to upgrade the rooms!!

Tv for room #224 not working after a few minutes all you see if green and white lines everywhere. Overall good hotel.

The stay was for 3 nights. Had to change rooms twice due to foul smell from bathroom and obscured view from room.

Our stay was wonderful but the only complaint was, we thought breakfast was included and the Wi-Fi didn't work when we tried to log in, other than that it was great.

The room was decent, there was a bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom though. It was 105 degrees out, we went to use the pool. The pool was ICE cold, not able to swim in it…and the pool towels really need to be replaced and upgraded, they were stained, threadbare, tiny and non-absorbent. Everyone was nice at the desk, and we ate in the Cutting Board restaurant, food was good and service was great.

Good hotel but the discrimination I experienced when dealing with the morning group of workers was out of this world. I had to stay here because a pipe burst in my home causing water damage. I checked in the night of the 26th with a hotel manager using my prepaid debit card because I don’t do banks. Everything went smooth. Myself and my 3 children AND dog checked in. Used my card had no issues. I ended up needing to extend my stay, in which morning crew said I would have to rebook it and do it as a new check in still but would be able to keep my room. They said I had until 2 pm to do so in which I dropped my kids off went to work and rebooked the room. I called to verify and when I came down on my break from work to put my card on file Valerie I believe her name was at the front desk before even checking my reservation told me I had to wait 30 min because it probably didn’t come in yet. I asked if she could check which she did and lo and behold my reservation (already paid for) was there. We proceeded to check in and it just seems like she was doing the most to hold up my check in. I sat at that desk for 30 min while she searched online the type of cards they can accept mind you I just used a prepaid card for the room I still at this point currently had, checking with other staff, asking the manager. Just for them to tell me that they can’t take my card because it was a prepaid card. Literally the same type of card I used previously now less than 24 hours later was a problem.

Couldn't check in until the next morning. They reinstated our stay after cancelling it as a no show. The result was getting charged a higher rate. Hotels.com got them to process a refund for parking. All I wanted was to pay the original amount agreed to. Made a bad night even worse.

They’re doing construction right next door but it’s not too loud. There’s a lot of dirt whirling around though. There’s good places around and it’s right by the 10 freeway. I felt safe and the stay was great

I always enjoy my stay here but the AC in the room was not nearly as cool as what it should have been. In the summertime, the AC should always be working and when it’s not it’s very uncomfortable.
