The character, the pool, DJ and lolly’s if you wanted them. The transfer to shuttle was really useful too. All the staff were very friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay, for us we would have liked a darker room, so perhaps blackout curtains, but that’s just our personal preference.

Struttura particolare in stile Cubano,molto molto carina!!!bagno e stanza spaziosissimi.parcheggio adiacente alla camera comodissimo. Navetta che ogni mezz ora porta e riporta gli ospiti nel centro di wey west.non ho utilizzato la piscina ma è molto bella e curata.possibilita di prendere la bisocletta.devo dire che mi ha sorpreso!!!al nostro arrivo ci hanno pure regalato degli occhiali con il loro logo

I loved the pool area and the shuttle to the downtown area. The decor of the hotel was so beautiful. Every little detail of a Cuban themed hotel was done so well. We loved the complimentary sunglasses left on our beds when we checked in. Thank you!!
There was a fire alarm that went off as soon as we got there and no one seemed to be concerned about it. The day we checked out, the hotel lost power and we had a hard time checking out.

Lovely themed property and nice pool.
The photographs online and the description are quite deceptive- it comes off as a large resort outside of key west town but it’s actually a reasonably small nicely renovated property on the edge of town.

Nice pool.
Got charged en extra amount of 200$ even though on Booking it said that that there was no extra amount to pay in the property. A/C was broken and toilet door was hard to close.

The Pool was exceptional. The service provided by the pool attendants was above reproach.
The Coffee should be provided earlier than 8::00 AM. The coffee maker in our room did not work. When it was exchanged, the second pot did not work. The shuttle service was good but the music was too loud and not acceptable.

Great location. Loved the pool area. Bartenders were very friendly and gave good service. The food truck is a neat touch.
The shower never got remotely warm and they only gave is a single roll of tp even after cleaning the room. I had to go on the hunt at 6 am for it.

The rooms were kinda musty and floors were sticky so footwear is a must at all times. Also the price was very steep.

Service at the pool was great. Staff was friendly and pay attention to our needs like our dog that was with us. Pool was very nice. The room was clean. Reception staff on night shift was very nice. The shuttle drivers were very kind.
The room was nice but the shower didnt work very well, not much water getting out of the shower. The bathroom sink was clogged. The staff at the reception during day shift was not very friendly.
