Modern, great layout, good location and the parking was a bonus, which was one of the reasons we selected the apartment.

We appreciated all the friendly, clear and serious instructions the host (Abraham) sent to us before arrival. Abraham is a friendly and correct host, and reacted quickly to our questions. The appartment is beautifully decorated, with great taste, very well maintained. It looked and it was really clean. All facilities we used worked well and we were very happy with the structure of the appartment. The appartment is located in a great place, close to a supermarket, restaurants, and the city centre is very easy to reach on foot. The beds were great and the place keeps cool even during very hot days (38-40 degrees C outside). The key was easy to get. Thanks, Abraham! :-)

Apartment is very clean, modern & stylish with everything you need absolutely perfect, Within walking distance to all the tourist attractions of Seville, Bars & restaurants just a 2 minute walk, Supermarket at end of the road, Also the Free parking included is a brilliant plus as parking is not easy to find in the city, Abraham's directions and information were great made the trip very stress free, Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, quite, modern, comfortable a real home away from home. The owner was happy to help with every request and even contacted us to advise we had left some belongings behind after checking out!
