It was a great apartment

Wonderful location! Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and historical city center sites. Parking was available adjacent to the property. Recommend renting a small car! Very tight parking spaces and driving. Petar met us personally when we arrived to deliver the apartment's key and instructions. Would stay again!

Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment! Stayed here with friends and we would walk to the center of town in 20 minutes. Right behind the apartment was an amazing and super inexpensive sandwich shop and just a 5 minute walk away from another amazing restaurant Konoba Barkarola. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, well-equipped and not even going to mention the picturesque backyard. So much so that my friends and I joked about wanting to buy it for ourselves to live there. 100% would recommend.

Great location, just far enough away from the crowds in summer lovely 20 minute walk into old town split. Ground floor apartment has benefit of garden space for peace and quiet, local bars and restaurants all within 5 to 10 mins and lots of choice, supermarket just around the corner so all the options available. Apartment has all mod cons including a washing machine if you plan an extended stay.

We loved the peacefulness of the apartment. The outdoor area was fantastic and we spent most of our at-home time outside. Clean and tidy. Good value for the money.

nice restaurants, parking slot and the sea just a few walking minutes away. Very nice contact and family. Calm Apartment, which we really liked. having breakfast outside was great! It could have been a little cleaner, especially the carpets and decorations needed a cleaning.

From meeting Petar on arrival he was absolutely brilliant. My friend left her passport in the taxi and he went out of his way to locate and return. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lots of room. The only thing I’d say was needed was a mirror In the bedrooms by the plug socket but was not an issue at all. Checking out was easy and the location easily located by the Uber drivers. I would definitely stay here again and the price we paid was very reasonable. Thank you Petar and your Dad. Brilliant girly break 10/10

Petar has a lovely home in a very nice area,everything you need is just a few minutes away,from shop essentials to nice caffe bars,restaurants and harbour and beach areas. A 10 to 15 stroll and you are at Diocletian palace and Riva,beautiful area. Netflix and sport on the large smart tv was a big plus as the weather was a bit wild for a few days of our stay but Petar had that covered with an umbrella stand lol. Loved Petar's home and love Croatia,would definitely rent again dates permiting. Also local buses great for getting around and seeing sites.

Wonderful location, close to old town, but also great cafes on water near this apartment. Apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very relaxing place to sleep.

3 night were ideal

If you look for a place in quiet part of town but still close to the beach and old part of Split, this is the place to select. Grocery store and good restaurants are near by. The apartment is well equipped and modern. The host is very responsive.

We had a relaxing and comfortable time spent in this apartment. It is well appointed and clean. I would return and recommend.

Stayed in this property for a week and really can’t fault it. Firstly, the host was very helpful and responded to messages pretty much immediately. The apartment itself was a good size and very well equipped. Having a balcony was essential for us and this one was spacious and quiet. Finally, the location of the apartment is ideal being a 2 min walk away from the beach and 5 min away from the big spar supermarket. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Split!

Petar’s property is large - two large bedrooms & living/dining room. Lovely air conditioner made sleeping excellent. A beautiful patio outside to enjoy the cooler night air. Very responsive host!

What a lovely apartment located in a quiet residential area. We were met by the host Petar who explained everything to us. The apartment is as described and has everything you need. Petars mum and dad visited and gave us gifts of cakes ham and cheese and wine. Highly recommended.

I'm originally from the area and have been coming to vacation here for the past 20 years. This unit is phenomenal! Petar welcomed us with a charcuterie board and a bottle of Croatian wine (which was so tasty!). He was extremely easy to coordinate with both via messenger and phone. I love that there were two sets of keys, very helpful as my sister and I had different schedules. The apartment was so clean and perfectly welcoming while minimalistic. The only head's up I would give is for accessibility: there are 3 steps up into the building and the apartment is on the ground floor which is 5 steps down. Neighbors were very friendly (I speak Croatian so got to chat with them). The air conditioning was ideal - though the apartment is insulated so well we didn't use it more than an hour or two even on the 95-105 degree F days. The location is PERFECT. A quick 5-10 min walk downhill to both Bacvice and Firule beaches, 20-30 minute walk to the Riva and Diocletian's palace. Split is hilly, so wear good shoes! Corner store is a 3 minute walk and the grocery store is a 6 minute walk. I love, love, love this unit and look forward to staying here in the future!

Excellent accommodation in a great location close to the beach and 20 mins walk to centre. A lovely garden area . We were able to enjoy our last day as we had a late flight and Petar allowed us to stay longer so did not need to worry about storing luggage.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Petar's apartment. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen has absolutely everything you need. I can honestly say it is one of the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed the walk into the old town along the beach, which we did nearly every day. It is handy for shops, bars and restaurants. We can certainly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with linens, cleaning products, olive oil etc. It is in a convenient location within walking distance of the local supermarkets, Bacvice beach, and a pleasant 20 minutes walk from the old town. The bedrooms were spacious and the garden was lovely to sit in especially when it was cooler in the evening. Petar was very friendly, helpful and responded to queries immediately. He was a very good host. A little tip when going to Croatia, it's a good idea to have cash on you as many shops and restaurants only accept cash!
