The apartment building is quiet and secure.
The apartment itself is very clean, great facilities and friendly staff with great communication
It’s not clear at booking stage, the floor of available apartment. I stayed on groundfloor but would have preferred one higher up. I wasn’t able to change this at check-in.

Guter Kontakt vor der Anreise. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, gute Security im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, wir waren zufrieden. Die Lage an der Rosebank Mall ist auf alle Fälle ein Plus. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

The central location, very safe. The easy stay staff is very responsive.
We stayed in unit 307. The check in process is extensive. You have to fill in forms and take photos etc. Not really something you want to do after 30 hours of travelling and being exhausted.
You are only provided with one towel each. It's difficult if you have to wash your long hair and you don't have a separate towel.
There was no hairdryer in the flat. I message the easy stay staff and they quickly brought me one. But it was so weak and overheated all the time.
There is no mirror close to a plug. So you have to style your hair blinded.
There is a door stopper in the room before the bathroom and we kept on bumping our feet against it.
In terms of value of money, I think it's better to stay in the Southern Sun which is the same price but also includes an extensive breakfast.
I found the mattress very soft and not so comfortable.

The location is really good and the property is very clean and well maintained. It is comfortable for two people not having to share rooms and bathrooms when travelling for work. The host was responsive.
The TV has a protective screen on that we weren't told about and we removed it, not seeing the notice on the wall. We had to pay extra for the screen. Clients should be told about the protective screen and that it shouldn't be removed.

Staff professionalism and friendliness and response to requests. Everything is functional and clean. Always enjoy my stay there. Apart from what you expect to get what you pay for the staff and process makes me return.
Small leak in the shower, which the staff attended to very quickly. Otherwise, nothing. All good.

I am a regular guest of The Vantage Rosebank. I like the location as it is in walking distance to the mall.
I did not like the apartment I stayed at. It is not the usual 1 bedroom apartment that I am used to. This apartment (604) is too small and the bedroom has no doors! The rate was the same as a regular apartment and this was really no value. I will never stay in this specific apartment again.

I loved everything about the place. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean. Check in and check out was easy.

I loved this place so much, I enjoyed my stay here even though it was a short stay, I wish I had stayed longer. The staff was so nice, they communicated everything with me even before my arrival.
The room was so clean, spacious, It looked absolutely beautiful. The place is near the mall and nice restaurants close by.
It was worth the money spent.
Next time I’m back in South Africa, I’ll sure book I this place again.

The apartment was clean with all the required basic amenities. The host was responsive and helpful with all questions or assistance required. The location is excellent as it is close to the mall and various good restaurants.

Third time there ! The location is still the best part of the deal
Furniture chipped and sagging. The bed is really small if you are used to better. Noisy. We had stains on our towels and the staff wanted to have “photographic” evidence before someone was sent to change it. Only sachets of instant coffee powder provided.

Everything..location,wonderful apartment well stocked,v comfortable beds,easy check in and out,flexible staff if u need to check in early or late.Free parking Internet a good comfortable apartment in a good location.
Absolutely nothing ..I prefer thinner cushions than those provided bur staff were happy to change them for me immediately.

Noisy and this particular unit faces the elevator so the blinds needed to be drawn to obtain any sort of privacy in the living area

Everything was great: The cleanliness, the upmarket yet relaxed feel which looks like New York apartments that we see on TV and movies, the furniture and equipment, the security, the proximity to Rosebank Mall, the helpfulness of the Easy Stay team. Even during load shedding, there was always backup power that kicked in. The stay was made easy and comfortable for me.
The only negative was the WiFi which wasn't working, presumably because of the fibre provider. It didn't affect me because I had my own data. I did inform the staff and I believe they would have sorted it out afterwards.

My apartment was on the 6th floor, modern and very clean. It is a safe area and many restaurants/coffee places are in walking distance.
