Comfortable, clean, good fittings, facilities etc
Food options were limited and expensive. A healthy buffet breakfast would have been appreciated.

Very comfortable beds, and the pool area was amazing!
The strict rules they had around dining @ Hellenika. I checked out of my room, and wanted to have lunch in the sun by the pool area the following day, but they wouldn’t let me be seated in that area at all. Instead kept me confined to a space at the bar like a regular lunch customer. Bit disappointing considering I spent over $350 having dinner there the night before, and over $400 on the room. Otherwise, the stay was great 😊

Great vibe, comfy bed, surrounded by exceptional restaurants. Really enjoyed our two night stay and will be back
A lot of loud music from other establishments in the street when we were there on the Saturday night but it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Also, we left two charges (iPhone and iPad) in the wall next to the bed and were told that nothing was found by house cleaning staff but we know 100% that we left them there so that was a little disappointing

I would not stay at this overrated waste of money again. The staff were rude at check-in. Wifi would drop out constantly, and the price, which included nothing except for the room, was disappointing. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Very lack lustre for a 5-star hotel.

Completely obsessed with this hotel!. Everything about the Calile is world class. The staff, location, facilities and the beautiful design are what keep me coming back.

This is a beautiful high-end hotel in a great area. Staff are consistently lovely, they greeted me with “hi beautiful” every time :) Easy to get a space by the pool and the all day pool bar menu is affordable. On site restaurants are great too. I couldn’t fault our stay!

Great hotel facilities, bars etc
Room smelled damp like a basement even though in high floor. Not great in any hotel, but one with this price tag sadly very poor.
Probbaly a one off, hotel itself was pretty cool.
