Everything and being in walking distance to anything you’d like
Showers can be a bit hit or miss but only because of the shower curtains

Location was excellent. Check in easy. Staff ok. Pubs and a couple of restaurants close bye. Very handy for the story bridge, Felons and the river

This is a great location for anything in Brunswick St. Just a short walk the Music Hall which is where we were going.
1 bdrm apartment with full bath and washing facilities if you need them. Has a kitchenette but we didn't need it.
Very spacious. FOOD OMG fantastic choices but no dessert after about 10 pm lol. Found a fantastic Spanish restaurant in the centre so that made life very easy.
Over all this was a great value for money and a perfect location for our night out.
The bedroom was very stuffy and there was a lot of noise coming from the courtyard below. If you are used to noise then it won't be an issue. Not screaming or fighting, just lots of chatter and laughter. Oddly enough when you went into the lounge area it was slient.

Some parts of the apartment were a bit tired. There was an intermittent faint beeping which we couldn’t locate that was annoying.
The location being so central meant it was very rowdy outside on the weekend. (It would have been nice to be told about this so we could have come back to the apartment much later in the evening.

The location, ease of parking, shopping and restaurants and access to the main roads. All of the things that we usually take for granted were readily available.
Reception could be open just a little longer. Extending the hours of operation would be more convenient for those arriving late. 5 pm closure is a little early. 6 pm would be more suitable. Please consider.

The location is fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff, the apartment we had was a good size.
It wasn’t very soundproof and you could hear the traffic outside, the decor was a little dated and the fold out sofa bed was broken and unable to be used.

centrally located. every facility was provided that we needed. clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to both train stations and 2 min walk to pubs restaurants and shops. good views of the city.

Size of the room
The office staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The place was dusty, hadn't been vacuumed, toilet and the glass table top hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival,. The office staff stated that the room was to be serviced only once a fortnight. they replaced the sheets, towels and tea and coffee only once in that fortnight we were there.
The place needs to be updated as its too old.
The photo's on Booking. com were different to the actual room.
