Limited staff on duty did well.

No chef on duty. Offered two dishes from freezer. Staff were good. Poor performance by Campanille.

Perfectly adequate room, with comfy beds & great bathroom. Everything was clean. Staff helpful (and spoke English)

Comfortable bed, hot shower, lots of plugs especially by the bed , black out blinds good .. price!

Small Dead flies on the counter top.. told us it hadn’t been used for a while and not checked before we went in.. and the extraction fan next to the bathroom was on all night.. we did complain .. she apologised but said she couldn’t do anything about it.

Basic accommodation but spotless, wonderful staff, and great food. I couldn’t give it a high enough rating for the convenience and welcome. Thank you, I hope to see you again soon.

It was handy for our onward trip

Although booking.com says restaurant they were only open Mon to Thurs. although the receptionist recommended somewhere a short walk away.

Efficient, clean, staff were great, very convenient for the A10 motorway south of Poitiers. Restaurant very convenient and the food simple but done well.

We were just passing through and booked it so we could eat and drink in the same place. There was No Food and the Bar was closed. Dissappointing.

Comfort and location.

Unacceptable to not be able to have a drink at the bar without having a three course meal.

Location was perfect for our travel needs. Dogs allowed which is very important. Large supermarket within walking distance along with other shops.
