Tout le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien équipées. L'espace piscine avec le bar/snack a été super apprécié par tous. Le ménage des chambres fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner servi très apprécié.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They printed our boarding passes and prepared breakfast in advance for our last day when we left earlier.
They cleaned our room every day and changed towels.
Beach is very close but the pool is nice too.

Breakfast was typical continental breakfast - more than enough to keep you full in the morning. Room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily, and the staff was super kind and welcoming. They greeted us with fruit basket and a bottle of wine and with a wonderful note (it was our honeymoon though) :)
The only thing would be the wifi connection, it's poor in the room, but it was great on the balcony.

Wow. Thank you so much for our stay. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time at this hotel. Damoulis was a very friendly and helpful owner. It was nice to see it such a family run place.
The rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean with daily cleaning. Not too early too!
The beds were very comfortable and we found the whole complex to be very convenient with the snack bar too.
Damoulis went out of his way to put the soccer games that we wanted on and his bar staff included, Christos who was always a welcoming presence who couldn’t do enough for you.
The food and drinks were delicious here.
If you’re fancying some time away from the pool and time to enjoy the beach, then the family also have El Cielo, which is a restaurant on the beach which is also extremely nice.

The staff was amazing: friendly, always eager to help, they gave us the time table of the buses, helped to find good deals for excursions, so do not hesitate to ask them what ever you want.

Very nice breakfast in the morning. We were offered packed breakfast, when on trips.
They have helped to arrange Samaria Gorge trip and Elafonissi.
Agio Marina they have frequent buses, it was easy to get from airport.
The room was cleaned daily, very tidy. The pool was not crowded and its was quiet during rest time.
We really enjoyed our stay and it far our exceeded our expectations.

The location was ideal, three minutes walk and you are in the sea! Lots of shops and cafes, bars land restaurants nearby. Very clean well maintained place with big rooms and with a nice pool with a snack bar. Very friendly and helpful people work here. The Gym was the reason we chose Akatos and we are glad that we did too!

Location was great, owners did everything to make our staying comfortable. They even prepare special breakfast for us as we are vegans. I do recommend this hotel.
Minor issue: was only one air conditioner was available in main room without dedicated one in bedroom. It was manageable but we had to open the door to get some cold air.

The host and staffs are very hospitable and friendly, they helped us in arranging taxis and they let us checkin earlier to our room. The pool is very nice as well and my little daughter enjoyed it a lot. The location of the hotel is very accesible to buses and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The owner and the bar man are top class, went out of their way for our entire stay to make sure we were taken care of.
The hotel is located centrally to the nightlife and restaurants. Lots of cocktail bars along the road and choices of places for food.
The beach is literally just a stones throw from the hotels front door.

We returned to this hotel for five times. Always, we are very happy for possibility to meeting with the staff and the owner. The people in this object are friendly, helpful and really friendly. The rooms are really big, spacious and clean. Every day the cleaning services cleaning the room, change the bedding and they do this for 5 minutes. :)
In bar they serving very good drinks and good snacks. The pizza it was better than the another restaurant specialized.
It's not a new and luxury hotel, but is really clean, nice and friendly for simple and normal people. :)

We liked a lot the location. Near Chania where we would drive every night for dinner using the coastal road, on the main road with all the restaurants and shops but without the confusion and noise. There is a beach we could walk to from the hotel, but this location is also perfect for road trips to perfect picture Elafonissi and Balos beach. Our room was inexpensive and basic, but very large and clean. The rate did not have breakfast but we had breakfast at the hotel once and it was OK. Inside parking is very limited, but street parking is available and was not a problem.
Probably because of the very competitive rate we payed, our room was in a sub-cave and it looked basic, all other rooms looked much nicer. Inside parking is very limited and open to the street.

Breakfast was really big. A freshly baked, warm mini roll was a nice treat. A different supplement was served each day for breakfast (for a variety). My favorites were the Greek Salad and the Omelette.
I was very pleased with the stay. It is difficult for me to find any shortcoming. If I really had to find any inconvenience, I would suggest more fresh vegetables for breakfast (despite this, breakfast was very tasty and very filling).

Wonderful staff. Very big rooms. Good bed. Cross the street, to get to the very good sandy beach. Real and good orange juice for breakfast. Very convenient location. Lots of good restaurants and shops. Quiet at night. This is the place to stay.
You have to hold the shower head yourself. I would have preferred a hand free shower, but it worked all right.

Excellent location, right in the center of Agia Marina. The beach is just across the road. Great breakfast. Very good host. Very clean and comfortable. Everything working in the rooms. They have a nice bar cum restaurant in the hotel with moderate prices. Next time in this area we will try for a longer stay. Thanks for this time to the entire Akatos family.
