I loved the location, a safe calm street in Getsemani. I also liked the amount of pillows you get. One day it was egg dishes for breakfast but since I don’t like eggs, the staff made me another breakfast which was very kind of them!

This place is a catfish to be honest. Doesn’t look like the pictures and need maintenance, the furniture in the room looked very old and you could see it’s been used for years and years. I also didn’t appreciate that one of the staff members (the older one talking English) came knocking at my door at 11:30pm when he knew I was checking out at 3am and was sleeping. I of course didn’t open the door right away since I am a solo female traveller but a couple of minutes later I opened and he stood across the hall and just asked if I was ok.. Why wouldn’t I be? I’m sleeping Sir and I have to wake up in 3 hours.. That felt creepy

I could not cancel this listing but I was force to leave after 3 days and pay for the whole week. I tried to get my money back, because: 1.No hot water 2. Noise from traffic day and nite - I could not sleep. 3. Alternate room smelled of mold and had no window.

Staff were wonderful. Location was so close to the best street life of Gersemani yet very quiet. Rooftop patio with city wall view was a lot of fun.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in Getsemani, it took us 2 min to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad. Sadly we didn´t have the time to enjoy the hot tub on the patio but the views were fantastic.

The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The bed was very comfy, good ac and the roof top view is amazing.

It was a great time in the hotel, facilities were good, the jacuzzi at the rooftop was great and the breakfast every morning was really good. Definitely recommend this hotel, it's a great value for it's price.

My room was facing the street so it was a bit noisy sometimes due to the cars passing by.

The only thing I would have liked to have had is hot water. I have stayed in three different areas of Cartagena and none have hot water.

The location was awesome, Getsemani is the best area in Cartagena in my opinio . Its has beautiful streets full of character and colour. Lots of places to eat lots of little bars .very artistic neighbour with beautiful street art. Patio Getsemani was just on the outskirt so it was quiet which was so great. The staff were so helpful, not much English bjt it didnt stop us. The breakfast were lovely too.

great location - walking distance to everything in the old town and the fortress across the bridge. amazing roof top terrace. such helpful staff - I became quite sick when I was there (flu) and they helped me get medicine and looked after me. really useful with finding out information for other areas too.

bring earplugs as the rooms can be noisy from the street outside - I slept in earplugs and had zero problems with sleeping.

Simple unassuming hotel with wonderful and attentive service. The women at reception called me by name and were always very kind and welcoming. Leo, the owner, is a super nice guy . One night I wanted a dark beer and asked where I could find one. He got in his bicycle, went to the store and brought me a Columbian cerveza negra! Breakfast was well prepared and presented. Coffee, fresh fruit, fresh juice and usually an omelette. I enjoyed it. I appreciated the location which is at the edge of Getsamani, close to everything yet out of the fray and the noise.

There was a worker painting one of the rooms and the hall on two days when I was there and the smell was too much for me. I told Leo and he very kindly accommodated me and there was no painting on the third day. I appreciated Leo’s willingness to adapt the work schedule very much. I personally just don’t want to stay where there is that toxic paint smell when I’m wanting to enjoy my environment and pamper myself a bit.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Very old building makes it very special and unique. The stuff is so friendly, thank you very much to feel so welcome. The location is perfect! Silent and at the same time just 1 Minute far from the heart of getsemoney. The view at the top of the building is great! 😊

Cartagena is a jungle of sellers and crazy taxis ,it is becoming very stressfull.

Location is close to Getsamani restaurants and bars. Close to walled city, 15 walk. Staff very friendly. Large rooms and bed.

Lost power, room a little old, no fridge. Did not see a hot tub. A little past prime and pricey for accommodations. Not the best value.

The location was great, right in the heart of Getsemani. Accessible to everything but not in the thick of it. Everything was wonderful, but it was the staff that really made our stay memorable. They are so warm and welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
