Very comfortable and clean. Owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The accommodation was unusual, and we compared it to the appearance of an escape room. It was warm and the beds were comfortable, but almost everything in the accommodation was old except the bathroom. It was really authentic. The owner of the apartment was very kind, he explained everything to us. Since we were traveling as 2 families with children, we had our own bathroom and did not share it with other apartments. The location is good, a little on the hill above the lake, but it takes 3 minutes to reach the lake. We decided to come here because of the price. The rating we will give will be increased by one just because of the owner. We had a parking space in the yard that we paid for, which is perfectly fine.
We have never been in this kind of accommodation, we are used to something different. This accommodation is more for couples without children.

Great location - very central but still quiet.
Breathtaking view! Our host Maria was fantastic - very helpful in every way, gave us great advice and went way beyond a normal host

Měli jsme pronajatý celý apartmán se třemi pokoji v přízemí. Pokoje byly velmi prostorné , sice zařízené starším nábytkem ,ale čisté , útulné a s krásným výhledem na jezero a hrad . Vila se nachází na výborném místě ,do centra je to necelých 5 min pěšky. Parkoviště bylo soukromé přímo ve dvoře ,platili jsme 10 euro za pobyt a nebyl problém zde zaparkovat všechny tři auta , kterými jsme přijeli . Moc milá a vstřícná slečna ,která nám předávala klíče . Rádi toto ubytování doporučujeme!

Excellent location. Nice to have outdoor cooking facilities and places to sit and eat. Responsive and helpful host.
Don’t mind a shared bathroom, but separating the shower from the toilet would facilitate shared usage. Oil noisy hinges on bedroom door, please!

In a lovely position. The host was friendly and provided good information on transport and restaurants. The room was clean but a basic room with ensuite.
The property has not reached its full potential. With a bit of tender loving care it could be so much better. A couple of comfortable chairs and easy coffee making facilities, extra power points and a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed would make a huge difference.

Excellent location, very central. Nice to have private parking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, and had a great view of lake Bled.
Would have been an added plus to have some soap and shampoo in the showers, but that’s it.

We could park there.
It was basically a hostel, but the bedroom had a door. Shared bathroom that we were told we wouldn't actually share with anyone, which was a lie as all 3 other rooms on the floor shared it, so it was constantly in use and gross. No air flow/air conditioning. Beds were terrible. No amenities like hair dryer, soaps, etc. For the price, this place was not worth it at all.

Charming romantic building right in the center of Bled.

The old charming building makes the rooms a little noisy but not annoying.
Certainly a basic good room, but not cheap, considering there is also no breakfast is included. Of course you pay for the central and touristic location in high season.

Location was amazing and the staff member Maria was extremely welcoming & gave us brilliant recommendations for sights & restaurants in the local area :)

Everything was perfect, bed was comfortable, staff were lovely, location was literally 2 mins from city centre, bathroom was clean. Love it here!!!

Simple but nice guesthouse. Very cordial welcome from our host. Got some tips for dining out and things to see. Location is very good, our room even had a little view of the lake.
The shared kitchen could use a hot plate so you can use the mocca coffe-pot profided for the guests. But that is really just a small issue 😉

There was a spectacular view from the room balcony which was amazing on New Years eve where I watched thr fireworks and laser show. The location is perfect, so close to the lake. The balcony room is a winner!
The room door was a bit noisy and rickety and had to be locked to be kept from creaking. One suggestion would be to have a little kettle and some complimentary sachets of instant coffee,tea and a couple of mugs.

Location is amazing just a couple of minutes walk down to the lake. Staff are lovely, and it was really nice to have a kitchen to make sandwiches and picnics for a day full of walking.
Mattresses were incredibly hard. Towels provided we're just hand towels, far too small to wrap around your body when you come out of the shower. We had taken our own and I'm very glad we did.

The location was amazing, we hat one of the rooms with the lake view and the terrace. The room was very spacious and stylish, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, relaxing. Yes, you can hear other people sometimes outside of the room, but it's nothing dramatic. The host was super nice and flexible, we could leave the car and keep the house key longer that the check out time. It was dog friendly which is a big plus. I really liked the vintage furniture and original features of the building. If you like old times charm and personality, book this place instead of a modern hotel.
There is no proper coffee maker and you can't cook in the kitchen area. We took our Nespresso machine with us, which I would recommend. The towels are small for an adult.
