Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to the old town. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed (kettle, tea and coffee, TV, wifi). Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. stunning view of the river and rooms had balconies. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to typhoon noru. The hotel were very gracious and did not charge us for the remaining two nights. Receptionists were excellent. Check in and out was fast and easy, and they also organised airport transfers both ways as well as a taxi to and from the beach. Overall a great stay and we were very sad to leave early.

Breakfast was not good Coffee was flat n cold Pastries were cold n soggy Can I suggest u put a small oven toaster at the buffet table so we can heat up pastries

This hotel is the best accommodation you could stay in if you're planning to visit Hoi An's Ancient Town. You can walk to the town in less than 5 minutes. The hotel also has bicycles that you can rent. The room is spacious enough and has a balcony that gives breath-taking view of the river and the ancient town. The room has bathtub too! The place is actually better than the pictures online. I was impressed when I got the place and when I saw my room. Likewise, the staff are very accommodating, friendly, and nice. I'll definitely book this place again when I visit Hoi An.

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Very kind. Nothing was too much effort for them and they were genuinly interested in insuring I had a lovely time. Bed is amazingly comforyable. Bathroom awesome. Location perfect. Just out of the chaos but still only minutes away

Beer in the bar being a little cheaper. Most expensive nearly in Vietnam although had a discount !

The fridge wasn't cold enough, but they offered to keep my husbands beer in their fridges, very helpful

Good location - not too crowded and in a walking distance from the Old Town, comfy bed and pillows, bathtub, led mirror, balcony, peaceful night and pleasant stay. A staff was helpful and informative.

Being asked for a room number twice by two different staffs within a period of 10 minutes before and during breakfast was quite bothering. It seems they neither communicated nor remembered a guest. Some Staffs at reception were playing /giggling among themselves during customer processing payment. Had it improved, I would surely have recommended to others.
