Nice location and very friendly staff, convenient access to laundry room.

We have chosen this hotel only because it was declared to have sauna. The day after our arrival the employees said us that the sauna didn't work, saying every day that we would have had more informations about fixing sauna during the day. But every day we hadn't no news and our trip finished in a week without sauna (with the exception of the first day). We haven't had any refound for this trouble.

The price is reasonable, the staff are nice, the free bicycle is very helpful and rooms facilities are nice

Rooms lightening is not sufficient

The studio room was HUGE, and for the price I paid, it was excellent value for money. The location is good too -- peaceful and not too far from the city centre. The reception was courteous, and I really enjoyed my stay at Place Lund studios. The shower pressure was excellent too!

I understand that i visited just at the start of the winter and perhaps the heaters weren't yet started (or maybe its the high oil prices this year) but the single-glazed windows meant that the room was a bit chilly in absence of heaters. However, the duvets were really good.

The location of these apartments are fantastic! Only 2km from the city centre and fairly close to supermarkets etc. It's also nice that you can hire bikes for free! Great for longer term stays.

The facilities are ok. We were in a group of 8 so had three apartments between us and in most of our rooms there were issues - ie lights not working, no plug for the sink etc. The bikes are also not always available (as there are limited availability).

It was clean and good value

Wifi was disconnecting, oven was not heating up.

I booked one of the apartment rooms with a large bathroom and small kitchen unit. The room was large and well equipped with a huge TV, couch and couch table, plus a spacious shower, and while the shelves and cupboards could use some TLC (even just a coat of paint would do) everything was clean and comfortable. The possibility to rent bikes for free during the day was ideal for me and definitely another reason to stay at this hotel!

Some of the bikes for rent could need a little attention and maybe a few more of them could get a small basket, but the one I had worked well enough for me. While not a problem for me as, note that the location is not in central Lund (although nothing in Lund is really far away) and that you will hear the busses go by directly under the window if you have a street-facing room.

Could have been a bit more clean

We were not told that the reception was cloosed at 11 pm. We arived (the last night) 11.15 pm - so we could not rich the key in the reception. There was a nomber we could call, but we had to wait 2 our, before we got help to come into the room. The man with key, who came to help was ☹️. All that we were told was, that the House cloosed at midnight. Every thing was all right - but not that that night.
