Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 26 Gäste und liegt nur 200 Meter vom Zentrum von Perama entfernt. Dort finden Sie große Supermärkte, Apotheken, Banken, Tavernen und alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf!

Das Anwesen genießt eine hervorragende Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Landschaft. Es gibt 2000 qm. aus Gründen. Es gibt drei Terrassen, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Poolbereich, ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien, eine zweite Terrasse mit Blick auf die Obstgärten und eine dritte auf der anderen Seite der Küche in einem von Bäumen beschatteten Garten. Auf einem Hektar Land verfügt das Anwesen über einen weitläufigen Garten mit Rasen und Olivenbäumen. Es gibt einen schönen, großen, privaten Pool (10 x 5 m und 1,40 m tief), einen Kinderpool von 10 m2 und 0,60 m Tiefe sowie einen nicht beheizten Whirlpool. Rund um den Pool gibt es viele Sonnenliegen, wo Sie sich sonnen können oder am späten Nachmittag am Pool sitzen und sich entspannen können, während Sie die erfrischende Sommerbrise spüren. Unter den Bäumen neben dem Poolbereich finden Sie auch einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Basketball- und Volleyballplatz, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Billardtisch, während Sie die schöne Aussicht über die Landschaft genießen.

What a beautiful villa with absolutely everything you need! The villa is huge with each room a really good size. There were 24 of us in the villa and we were never on top of each other!
All the play bits for the kids were great and the pool area was totally amazing.
The host was absolutely amazing too as was George the cab man arranging every cab or one night a coach to get us to and from the villa for all 24 of us!
One great bonus was having loads of take away information ranging from breakfast, cocktails, snacks and dinner with all paying cash on arrival. This was a bit of a life saver as it is a bit out the way of any good local taverns and the walk from the supermarket is tough as it is up hill all the way. We did find one super market that also delivered too.
The area is not great and a little run down but this did not affect our holiday at all as the villa was totally luxury!
One thing I would recommend is heading to Bali beach. The beach was gorgeous and the water sports were reasonably priced and so much fun. We also ate here on the last night and wished we found it earlier as it had a range of tavernas and the setting is second to none. It is only 15/20 mins from the villa but is worth the drive!
The local town panormos is tiny and didnt really cater for big groups so you would need to book in advanced if you went here
.Rethymno was about 25 mins away. This was so so so busy! Loads of shops but hundreds of people! But plenty of tavernas.
We will 100% be returning!

Stunning villa and photos don't do it justice in terms of scale & size. Everything is perfectly thought through for large groups and families.
Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
I would recommend either a hire car or a good relationship with a transport company to get around as places of interest are a little further out. There is though a supermarket, bakeries and a great grill restaurant within walking distance.
One other observation is that the pool surface is in places quite rough and therefore we had a couple of cuts amongst the group when playing water games etc but overall the whole group of 16 had a wonderful holiday at Villa Elaida.

We stayed 14 people for one week in the villa, from the age of 10 to 68. We had a wonderful time and the Villa is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and activities for all ages to enjoy themselves. WE specifically liked the outdoor area with the big pool and a lot of room to cook and eat family dinner. We also tried the pizza oven which was a huge success.
Overall this is an exceptional villa which is very well equipped with lot of space and room for everybody.
Thank you so much for a lovely week and we will defiantly return someday.

The house is excellent: Eight really nice bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Pool area is really nice and we used the basketball/volleyball court a lot. The hosts were really responsive and super helpful and helped out with arranging transports and other things. Five star experience. The village is perhaps not that interesting but has some nice cafes, supermarkets and butchers.

I cannot recommend this villa enough, exactly like the photos and so perfect in every way! We throughly enjoyed ourselves and couldn’t have asked for more! All requests answered in good time and were very kind. The Villa is in a secluded location, however the taxi company recommended by the owners was amazing and a great help throughout our holiday. My only advice would be that the pool table needs replacing as it’s not in great condition, however this was a great addition to the Villa and did not effect us at all.
Thank you to you all for looking after us and we hope to return to Elaida or one of your other properties soon!

Elaida Villa surpassed our expectations in so many ways! We were two families, total of 16 adults, staying for 7 nights, and we had the best time. The villa had everything we needed, was beautiful inside and out, the beds were comfortable, and we had so many fun activities to do. The property manager was accessible for any questions we had. Highly recommend this villa for a large group stay :)

We recently stayed with 3 other families - there were 19 of us - 8 adults and 11 kids... The villa was perfect! Spacious, clean, amazing facilities for all ages and a beautiful pool. I cannot recommend this villa more highly and the hosts were great to... very helpful and kind. You will need hire cars to get to beaches etc. also to super markets. We had an amazing week - thanks for everything...

The Villa is ideal for large groups of people who want to stay together yet still have their own space.
With four bedrooms upstairs and four downstairs we were able to accommodate the young children in our group downstairs which from a safety point of view was great.
The villa has recently been refurbished which is good but some of the workmanship leaves a little bit to be desired.
Walking distance to supermarkets and shops but very steep hill on the return journey. No beach or nightlife close by (if that’s what you want) so it’s taxis or rent a large minibus. The taxi company we used (part of the same family I think) were very good and ran us around everywhere.
The hosts were very welcoming and more than happy to help.

Stunning Villa
Booked this villa for a long awaited family holiday of 12 adults and 4 children. The villa was amazing, very modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a lovely welcome basket on our arrival and a warm greeting from the owners. We spent most of the day around the pool and using the many leisure facilities available. The loveliest villa we have ever stayed in and everyone enjoyed a fabulous holiday.

Perfect family Villa
We stayed as a large group of separate families with children ranging aged 1 -11. We received a warm welcome and helpful tour of the villa which was cleaned to a very high standard and well kept. The space was amazing with plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The town was walking distance and we enjoyed local meats and fish every evening. The contact for the villa was easily contactable and quickly responsive when we had queries.
We had a fabulous holiday and hope to return again in the future!

A large group involving three families and the grown up family. The property had everything. The out door space was superb especially the basketball and volleyball.
The place was immaculate and the pool was cleaned daily.

Home again after a fantastic week in your beautiful house. We were a lot of people of all ages, which is why Villa Elaida was a really good choice - space for everyone, swimming pool for kids and adults, playgrounds for children and adults as well. Good large rooms with all facilities. The only thing I can mention, as we were a family of 22 members, is that the kitchen could include two dishwashers instead of one - just a note.
Everyone had a party and we would love to come back - and considerations of repeating the success are near.

So much space it was unreal..... 11 of us all had our own rooms even with our own kitchenette with a fridge and oven, kettle toastie machine....
LOADS for the kids to do and never a dull moment...

The owners couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble, they even took us to the supermarket on the first day and helped bring the shopping in the villa!
100% reccomemd this place to stay for an amazing family holiday. Great location and the local cretian taxi company were also helpful and very reasonable as we didn’t hire cars.

Amazing!
We have just returned from an amazing week at Villa Elaida. The Villa ticked all of our boxes as a group of 21 adults and children. For the children in our group the play area, children's pool, sports court and all the inflatables were a huge hit and they kept the children entertained all week. When they wanted to chill out the lounge area with the games console, dvd player and netflix was a big hit. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out and the maid service was exceptional. During the week my daughter lost her favourite soft toy and the cleaners and property manager worked together and recovered it from the laundry and returned it to us on our last day; my daughter was overjoyed and we really appreciated the effort and trouble that everyone went to for us. Nothing was to much trouble and the communication prior and during our stay was excellent. We would highly recommend Villa Elaida!

Amazing Villa
We had a party of 13 adults stay in late May. The villa is the best one we have rented and everyone is in love with both the villa and with Crete. Every room is large and has a shower and toilet and many have separate kitchens. The pool and games areas (pool, table tennis and volleyball) where extensively used as was the BBQ. It’s well located for Rethymno and central Crete.
A massive thank you to Valia for arranging this and keeping in contact, Eva and her son for welcoming us and the cleaning ladies (sorry didn’t get your names) for doing a great job Also a big thank you to the two handymen working on the villa next door for helping us start the BBQ!
Everyone in Crete has been so friendly especially the staff at Kouzoulo restaurant in Rethymno.

Fantastic time at Villa Elaida!
We had a fantastic time at villa Elaida. We were a group of 18 people. 10 adults and 8 children. The house was very nice. Fully equipped. The pool was lovely and the room around the house too. Everything was very well arranged by Think Villa. The contact person Valia and the host of the house Mr Yiannis were very hospitable. The villa is in a good location to discover Crete. Highly recommended!

Amazing!
Had the best time at Villa Elaida! We were a group of 13 young people and could not recommend it more. Valia and the owners were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The villa and the pool area is beautiful, and in great walking distance from a little town. We rented cars which I would recommend, one day we went to the beach and the next to wine tasting. Fantastic!

Couldn't be better
The villa and service was all it aspired to be. From the welcome pack to the spacious rooms, wonderful pool area, locality and helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff - we felt looked after. Definately a recommendation. All 16 of us from the youngest (3) to the oldest (69) loved the villa. No one wanted to leave. Well done Valia and team.

Beautiful villa lots of space
we have just returned from a lovely holiday at this villa we were a group of family and friends to celebrate a big birthday .The pictures do not do the villa justice it really is so lovely and very spacious so you don't feel on top of one another .The upstairs bedrooms are accessed from outside the villa not in the main house a we thought they would be but that was not a problem for us at all every bedroom is huge with brilliant air conditioning to escape the heat .The owners were lovely and when we arrived we was surprised to find a beautiful welcome hamper with all we needed to get started including bread , fruit . milk , cheese olive oil eggs and olives and various spreads it really was lovely ,they also provided toilet rolls and washing machine comfort and gel liquid .Towels were also provided for the bathrooms and around the pool .We went into panormos a lot which is 7 minutes in a taxi we used George from the Cretan taxi service for all our travel all his cars and mini buses are immaculate and he is very efficient with timing .the walk from villa to supermarket is about 10 minutes and is on a steep hill so if you suffer with mobility this could be a problem also the restaurants are not as close as we though there is 1 within walking distance which was lovely and they were so friendly even giving us a lift back to the villa there were 18 of us so a few of us walked that could he even did 3 trips on 2 occasions for us .We called George for our lifts to and from Permama or panormos and prices are very reasonable .we would definitely stay at this villa again I really cant fault it the outside space is just as big as the inside and the pool was lovely and very very warm they clean it regular and there are cleaners that come and take all the rubbish away and changed our sheets and towels and cleaned the whole villa midweek.

Fantastic!
This villa was amazing...we were a large group(16 max 18) ranging from 9 to 83 years old)
It was clean,spacious,roomy, comfortable and I can’t stress how fantastic the owners were.With the slight issues (WiFi didn’t work at first and tv in main house) they were there within the hour to fix the problem.The cleaning staff were amazing and came every 4 days.The kitchen was well stocked and a nice welcome pack was there when we arrived.If I ever came back to Crete I would definitely stay there again.If I had to criticize anything it would be the pillows-too hard with no give in them but that’s minor.

Fantastic for the kids as well
What a wonderful villa. The owners have really thought about this place, made it extremely child friendly and just an amazing place to be. When we arrived they had stocked up with the essentials, (including wine), milk bread a huge bowl of fruit.
Almost every room has its own kitchenette with cooker cutlery and fridge and living space plus bathroom and separate bedroom. All rooms are individually lockable. It was like have our own hotel.
We travelled as a family of 10 adults and 5 children. Baby cot, baby bath, a potty, pool toys for the kids and a play slide. It was great.
We genuinely could not recommend this place highly enough. The owners met us on arrival and departure.
There are beaches 15 minutes away, we liked Bali Beach for the kids activities. W barbecued at the Villa or went to Panormos where we found great restaurants overlooking the harbour. Great views, Great food.

Our large group had a fantastic time at this villa. Anything we needed was no trouble at all. It really is beautiful just as the pictures show would highly recommend.
