The host Mike is very friendly and does his best all the time and is ready to advice and help. The appartment is very good, clean, comfortable and the bed is spacious. Free parking too. Very good hospitality! Amazing localization.

Close to the city center, restaurant and shops with free parking and decent enough WiFi. The owners are at your disposal most of the time with local tips and info.

There isn’t a definitive time the breakfast starts and it mostly depends on when the majority of the guests wake up. Not a major issue, it’s just that I wake earlier than most.

Breakfast - very tasty - you get everything what you need and if you want something other as is served you can just simply ask very helpful and friendly owners who stay in villa too. Accom. has perfect location - next to the beach which is located on peninsula with archeological seesight from ancient times, to the center of Medulin with lovely promanade next to marine you can get by foot in 10 minutes Fantastic domestic restaurants for your dinner - by foot max 15 minutes Medulin is lovely small town with places where you can stay on your own and alone hidden from everyone but frim the other hand its great place for your social needs too. I really highly recommend this lovely place and especially Villa Osipovica - great value for what you paid and really very special and friendly owners. Rooms are very clean and bright - we booked one with balcony and we got spacious room on the first floor with really huge balcony which apprecciated our doggy :) We would like to come back as soon as possible, definitely :)

We liked the cleanliness, location is also great. But that’s it except that everything else wasn’t good.

The rooms are so small!! and not comfortable!! and the bed is very very hard! And not comfortable. Only positive about the room is that they are clean. And the shower is nice The breakfast was horrible! It was very poor and the atmosphere was very weird with the workers at the breakfast place. The workers were nice but very unprofessional. In summary the only negative is the very small uncomfortable rooms and bed and the breakfast wasn’t worth it at all! It Was better to spend the extra money for breakfast on some nicer breakfast in the very close by little city. Also paying is only by cash and they didn’t even have any change to give us back so we had to go and buy something to have the exact amount. They didn’t tried to solve it they just said to go and get the exact amount because they don’t have change and they have nothing to do about it.
