In summary the three-bedroom apartment with exceptionally helpful and kind host exceeded all of our expectations. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked had two floors, the fully equipped massive American-style kitchen and living area, with a large balcony provided sea-view on the Budva bay also along with mountains lookout is on the first level together with a separate bathroom, while the bedrooms, all of them are equipped with large double beds, wardrobes and bedside table, with window roller shutters and air-con are on the second floor. There is also another bathroom at this floor. The apartment in reality is absolutely just like on the pictures, however the pics cannot reflect the huge dimensions. Nikolai, the host, was extremely helpful, he was always at our disposal, it is rare to find such a hospitable landlord. The swimming pool is filled with seawater, but less salty which is very enjoyed by the children. The Kamenovo beach, around 300 m away, can be reached via a footpath. There are many extraordinary beaches nearby, worth visiting. The viewpoint on Sveti Stefan can be reached by 5-min drive gives an unforgettable amazing view on the island and on the whole coastline. Kusta restaurant, with traditional Balkan cuisine is located close to the aparthotel, with affordable price (full dinner for 2 adults, 3 children was around 100 EUR). I can honestly recommend this place, would be great to come back sometime.

Some of the wooden frame double-bed were a bit creaky, but comfortable. The building is close to busy main road, with no pedistrian walkway on it, thus difficult to cross-over, however there is a pathway under the bridge on the way to the beach.

I loved the location. The villa is close to the best beaches, 7 min away from Budva, 25 min from Kotor or Tivat. Really great location!

The apartment we stayed (big apartment top floor) was big, the kitchen had eveything ypu need (but a coffee machine). free parking on front of the door, easy access to the main street. Washing machine and ironing facilities. Lots of light, small pool on the back of the building

The apartment has a balcony, which you actually cannot use unless you ate totally ok with constant traffic noise.
