The hotel was ok

The connectivity with Amshede was poor, it cost much to get back to the town

there was plenty of restaurant and food choice on offer. The hotel is located centrally in the town.

considering this hotel has been given a four star rating, I was not happy with the quality of the room or service provided. During the night it was really noisy so I didn’t get a good nights sleep. Having made my concerns known there was nothing offered from the staff in terms of a change of room. The front of house staff lacked attention to detail, even the basic task of booking a taxi which resulted in us being picked up by a special-needs bus and not a dedicated Taxi as requested. This bus did a specific route which almost made us late for our event. I was very disappointed with the stay and the quality of what was offered, when next in the area I will not be staying at this hotel.

We arrived late and the staff were very kind to wait for us past usual check in hours.

The staff is very polite. The hotel is comfortable and clean.

The hotel is good but not a 4 star hotel. It is a very good 3 star in my opinion. But these ratings differ per location. But nevertheless, it is a very good hotel for the price.

We (me, my wife and 1 year old son) enjoyed our one-night stay at hotel de Schout in Denenkamp. The room was basic but very large with working blackout curtains, small tv and a storage closet. The temperature was easily adjustable. The beds we comfy but the pillows too soft. The receptionist was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good and luxurious, type buffet with different types of fresh buns, bean coffee, mackerel, salmon, bacons & eggs, fruit, cereals.

We were not given the room type we chose and the room rate we paid was therefore truly excessive.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of outside light in the room. The hotel is well situated in the centre of village and there are a lot of parking spots available. The breakfast was good.

The room did not have power outlets next to the bed for your mobile devices.

The Italian restaurant on site did not provide options for dairy-free requirements, which is poor in this day and age. The lady server however tried really hard to assist but the kitchen couldn't do it.

Very friendly staff. the hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Parking is in an open public car park opposite the hotel.

The Hotel is placed in a marvelous little town, with a a lot of sites to see and nature, If you have time to tour the area this is the place to see things. Really very nice. This said, this hotel is not for business people, it really for a weekend or a few days away, Many pensioned people were visiting the hotel. Great breakfast

Smart tv wasn't really smart, no netflix or youtube, you can only screen mirror your phone on it. No bathrobes in a suite with a bath

The Atmosphere was great, felt luxurious yet comfortable, eggs were cooked to perfection. Very comfortable bed!!

The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The self serve coffee machine in the common lounge area was very convenient. The rooms and en suite bathrooms were large.
