The grounds are very pretty with lots of well kept bushes and flowers etc. The pool area was nice and had a lifeguard on duty. The room was cleaned every day which is helpful when you have kids and a sandy beach. Food was excellent! Our daughter loved the little train that takes you to the beach! Kids club was ok although I wasn’t convinced enough to leave my 4 year old, that doesn’t speak Italian, on her own with them at the kids pool. The kids disco was great, although it didn’t start till 9pm which I think is too late after long days at the beach!

Our room was quite small (Garden View Triple) and there was limited space to put clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase. The bathroom was ok, albeit tired and looked like a child had done the sealant round the bath. Shower unit chrome was rusty and the shower unit was positioned poorly on the side wall of the bath, leaving very little room to stand and dangerous to children in the bath. The toilet seat was wobbly and even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn’t. The air con had a mind of its own. It worked but even though we set it on high and 16 degrees, the room never got very cold - it seemed to be powered by someone else.

when at low capacity there is not much atmosphere, a simple thing like music in the restaurant would help. not much around the hotel for dining out or lunch.

Sat outside each day and loved it, plenty of variety, small problem with wasp's.

Noisy Neighbours, teenagers in rooms opposite us wit parents at other side of block, they slept well we did not. We complained, it stopped then started again. 5 out of 7 nights with interrupted sleep, I had to deal with the problem myself one of the nights. Should always have kids next to parents room.

it was not cleaned enough, it was chaotic and definitely not good value for money. we paid a five start price for a two star accommodation.

Me and my love Ennur spent a really good holiday at Chia Laguna Resort. Unique place where everything is perfect (kind staff, excellent services and facilities, delicious foods, beautiful rooms...). Location close to nice beaches. Hotel with nice green ornements (shrub, flowers). Good service, always ready to help and to come to pick up you with luggage in order to go to reception. Rooms can be far (200-300) meters form reception.

Industrial Hotel where food restaurant was really average level and always the same. Room was not the expected one as booked (2 joint beds instead of 1 double bed as booked with booking). Fortunately, the Hotel care of its customers and change beds to one double bed. For a 4 Star Hotel was also missing some beauty product and tea necessaries in the room. At the beach, we could also have the feeling to be considered as second class of people as we could only have access to the 3rd row of long beach chairs (probably first rows reserved for the 5* star hotel of same Hotel Group). Always bad to receive negative experience during such stay.
