Sehr freundliche, sympathische Eigentümer. Großes Zimmer. Gute Lage mit privaten Parkplätzen. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

We had a spacious, beautifully decorated room.
There was a very complete and tasty breakfast offered that included a full English breakfast.
The staff were welcoming and cheerful and very helpful .
Our room was a flight of stairs up from ground floor, so not great for someone with mobility issues.

Well situated for a short stroll into the heart of Newquay, the property is very well maintained, our room was immaculate everything was to a very high standard, the bed was very comfortable, the view was great, the en-suite very clean and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional and our hosts were friendly, engaging and couldn’t do enough to help. This was a last minute booking, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice and it was exceptional value for money.

The owner was nice and helpful, close to the sea and the city center
I missed vegetables and fruit and something sweet, non cappuccino coffee .Someone was watching TV until 11 p.m or 1 a.m. in the living room and we couldn't sleep, in the rooms on the ground floor we could hear very loud sounds of conversations and entrances.

Air conditioning unit was incredible. Good shower. Nice and quiet in the room. Honestly lovely place to stay. Staff were all really friendly and happy to accommodate an early checkout. Very close to the beachfront/centre.
The only negative was I personally prefer a softer mattress but other than that everything was perfect.

Fantastic hosts, very friendly. Simon was kind enough to offer us recommendations of where to go to eat and visit. Then was kind enough to let us keep the car on site after check out time to help with an appointment we had locally. All in all, fantastic.

Really clean, well maintained, nice and friendly staff, well decorated, great facilities, good location, pool table, parking and decent sized rooms.
Nothing it’s all perfect basically. The only thing I can think of tho is the window has condensation between the double glazing but that’s not really a issue.

What a fantastic find, welcome was eaally warm and friendly, had a great time and cannot wait to go back there again!!
Room was stunning, clean and well presented. Hotel was in a great location close to town.

We were 'upgraded' courtesy of the hotel being quiet, and the room we got was absolutely fabulous with a balcony and sea view. It was huge and very well decorated and appointed with a new bathroom. The room was also very quiet and comfortable.
Car park is a bit of a squeeze for larger vehicles - but the hotel staff made sure we could get on site.

Spotlessly clean room and beautifully decorated too. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Vast range of options available at breakfast. Very close to Newquay centre and gorgeous view from the room we were in (Room 10)
A guest changed the TV from radio to football at breakfast which was a bit selfish of them, but in no way related to the owners except to hide the remote control!

The staff are ever so friendly and provided a very warm welcome upon our arrival.
The room itself was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated.
The car park is a little bit of a squeeze to get into but due to the location, this cant really be helped.

The room was very comfortable and large. The facilities were very good including air conditioning which was welcome on a very warm night. Location was very good .
A very good stay. Just a little feedback it would have been good to have an information pack in the room, listing local restaurants etc to help get your bearings .

The staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating, and keen to give you the best places to eat and visit. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. The best thing about the hotel is the location, its perfectly located in the centre of Newquay, next to lots of shops, restaurants, and of course beaches. Overall it was fantastic.
Guaranteed parking would be great, but we managed to get a spot so not a huge problem.
