Liked that it was clean. The reception area was very welcoming. The hotel had a restaurant on the same level as reception.

Not enough TV channels in the room or access to movies that didn’t require payment. No iron or ironing board. No information about how to contact or who to contact. Not sure if the hotel offered any other services. The hotel staff at reception were welcoming, warm and very friendly

La location è bellissima, la vista sull'incrocio di Shibuya è incredibile. La camera è comoda, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione ottima. E' un buon posto da cui partiore per visitare Tokyo.

The location fab next to the Shibuya Crossing. Staff v.helpful and friendly as my partner uses a walking stick and they helped with moving all of our uggage.

Would be nice for early check-ins to be available especially after a long flight like we had.

Staff mediocre. Casual restaurant closed MUCH too early - (e.g. 6pm on Sunday)

The location was perfect. There were lots to do and connected directly to the station. Staff were professional and efficient. Breakfast was amazing. Views were some of the best I've ever experienced. We could see the crossing from our window.

Some bits of garbage that were under the chairs got missed. Nothing that would be a real issue.

Shibuya is the best location in Tokyo, you can reach all sights cca. 30-45 mins by taxi or metro. Hotel is at the Shibuya Station, very good location.

Wifi was worse than in a safari hotel in Africa… I’ve never thought that internet is so slow in Tokyo.

Excellent location Good rooms but nothing to write home about for the price. It is dated. Decent sized though (for Japan)!

Breakfast could have had more variety from day to day

Property was very clean and the experience was unique to Japan.

It is a little farther away from the main sights in town. It requires a 30 min bus ride or train ride to almost everything. However, in exchange you get a less touristy experience.

Great location, decent room sized but bed was uncomfortable. Our luggage transfer arrived with the wheels damaged but the supervisor at the hotel helped to contact the transport company and managed to get a refund. Thank you so much!

Pay for the location really, room were nothing special.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is very good.

The room is small and the ready for renewal. The furnitures and the carpet are old and very used, the bathroom is the edge of a 2-3 star accomodation, the price is incredible high for this poor hotel room.

Hotellets beliggenhed er helt i top. Jeg har boet her før og brugt lufthavnsbussen til og fra hotellet - den holder lige uden for hotellets dør. Der er indendørs direkte adgang fra hotellet til anden offentlig transport (metro/tog) og til forskellige stormagasiner. Desuden er der elevator direkte til gadeplan, hvorved man undgår køen til og fra metro. Indenfor en omkreds af 500 meter ligger alt, hvad man har behov for af butikker, restauranter, indkøb og transport. Hotelværelset var af fin størrelse til en solorejsende. Der er fin plads til tøj med både skuffer og bøjler. Desuden et lille skrivebord og sofasæt. Flere steder på værelset kan man tilslutte usb og opladere. Lækker gratis kaffe og vand.

Hotellet kunne trænge til en opgradering, men alt fungerer og rengøringen er i top. Morgenmaden serveres igen på 25 etage, hvilket gør det til en god oplevelse. Dog er maden ikke noget særligt for et 4-stjernet hotel, så jeg ville nok fravælge morgenmaden en anden gang. Der er bagerier i Mark City, 7/11 og Starbucks, så der er mulighed for anden morgenmad.

Awesome location right near Shibuya crossing. Rooms were comfortable and the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Plenty of activity nearby.

Little hard to find as there is another hotel with similar name nearby, but wasn't hard.

Conveniently located. You can purchase tickets for airport bus to and from the airport just outside the hotel as well. I would stay again if rooms stay within budget.

TV did not have CNN nor BBC. Hotel entrance was a bit challenging to find from the station and from the street. It was simply too hectic of an area around the hotel. Breakfast could be just a simple buffet. Room was a bit small.

Pretty much consistent with other reviews. This hotel is only about the location. It is pretty outdated but adequate & clean. Staff were very helpful. Reasonable value for the location.

The hotel is pretty outdated, it needs total refurbishment. We were highly disappointed as we had booked a View Floor room & expected a view of the famous Shibuya crossing, we got a view of some back streets instead. In fact there are very few rooms that do have this view as it is mainly the lifts & restaurant which over look it. The hotel should stop misrepresenting this & state it as a skyline view room instead. Photos of Shibuya crossing are from the window near the lifts NOT from a room & with a zoom
