It was generally fine

Rather hard beds, lacking insulation from other rooms and in particular the corridor outside which was all hard materials, which meant noise.

Everything was perfectly clean, the staff is super friendly and they speak english as well. The rooms are small and cosy and are located close to the city centre. Amazing experience.

Our balcony was perfect! Also, the room was clean and great. The staff was welcoming and sweet. The location was perfect for us, with waking distance to the center. Good value for the money! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a very nice and central area, quiet. Water pressure was great. The closet offers enough space to unpack and put your clothes away.

The bed was a bit small, although exactly what the picture showed. The bathroom could use a shelf for your toiletries.

Nice place, good location

(I was directed to Alloggi Liviana, which is also operated by Hotel Giotto, so my description is about Liviana) My room has the smell of mold, need to be ventilation more frequently. The sound proof is not good.

Everything was fine. The only thing which i would add it is lamp for reading. Light was rather too weak for reading. ,But good for relaxing. So for some guests it is a benefit.

Location was wonderful. Everything went well.

Perfect location. The staff and amenities are first rate. Has the feel of a traditional and hospitable hotel in quiet setting. The rooms are spacious, cosy and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped and perfectly clean. 100% highly recommended.
