Clean and bright room. Good continental breakfast that was included. Friendly staff

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The mattres feels like an old one too soft so when you lay on it you go down straight to the strings. And the pillows also are of low quality. Because of that I couldn't get good healthy sleep.

The hotel is a gem. In a very quiet corner, but just a few minutes from the buzz of Odessa centre. The breakfast absolutely needs a thumbs-up - food selection is excellent and nicely presented and above all it served until 11 on weekdays or noon on weekends- perfect for holiday travellers. Staff are also very welcoming and nice. Absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Was interesting to stay in the room without the window, but all was good. Maybe just a suggestion- maybe the soap for the shower and the shower head is in uncomfortable position - because of the shelf under it, the water was leaking and the floor was flooded

Noisy, poor ventilated, and low-light rooms. The hotel is actually part of a business office building. Some of the staff has poor customer service skills. Close to 0 Covid-19 safety measures in place.

- No parking places - Broken shower - Service When I ask a security guy “where I can park my car”, he didn’t tell me anything useful for me and said only jokes. It is not a joke, I wanna park my car and don’t make troubles to other cars. Also, the shower in room was broken and I cannot change a height of this one. Hotel didn’t provide the simple bottle of water at the first time. But we have glasses and teapot in our room. I don’t understand why do you provide these goods in my room if I can’t use it (water from shower is really bad in Odessa, I don’t recommend to drink it!!!) Moreover there was no possibility to buy water at midnight, because the administration can’t put the bottle of water at my room and I can buy it only with cash (0.5 liters for 60 uah = 2$) My girlfriend was feeling really bad and need water to have her pills, so in this situation I went for searching an open shop at night. No humanity, service is really bad!!!

Good location if you want to visit the beach, good value of money

Poor sound isolation, you can always hear your neighbours and people talking in the hall.
