A localização é muito boa.
- A hospedagem me cobrou 89 dólares por duas diárias, mas o contratado pelo booking era 42,84 dólares
- Pelo valor final cobrado, não vale o custo benefício
- O banheiro estava muito mal cuidado e sujo
- Havia uma festa no local com barulho alto até 2h da manhã.
- O local no geral precisa de manutenção

Great location
The doors are locked from midnight to 8am and you cannot enter or leave. The staff did not make this clear to me at check in and when I tried to leave at 7am to catch a bus I couldn’t. Staff members refused to open the door even though they were in the building.
This practice is extremely dangerous incase of a fire or medical emergency.

Central. Reasonable place and price for a night. Very personable reception / barman.
Old building that’s showing its age. Many of the lockers are broken so you can’t lock up valuables.

Sin dudas lo mas destacable del alojamiento es el servicio del personal, muy buena onda
Las áreas comunes podrian estar mejor, los sillones son incomodos y los espacios comunes no son de los mas limpios en que eh estado

Nomad tiene una hermosa vibra viajera. Es un imán para la gente buena onda.
El personal es muy amable, sobretodo Nico: es un lindo anfitrión, con buenas recomendaciones de cervezas, buen gusto musical, chistoso y divertido.
El hostel tiene bar con cervezas artesanales nacionales.
Lo que más me gustó:
- duchas calientes y con buena presión de agua
- camas anchas
- bar amigable
- ubicación (a media cuadra de la plaza principal)
- enchufes individuales en las camas
- cuartos libres de humo

Localização excelente, quartos e banheiros limpos e staff simpático e atencioso.
Tudo estava ótimo.

Cama bem grande e confortável. Banheiro próximo ao quarto. Localização excelente: ao lado da praça central. Tem um starbucks do ladinho, restaurantes e mercadinhos.
Atendimento foi ótimo também
Por ser bem próximo a alguns restaurantes com música ao vivo, pode ser bem barulhento.

The only thing that I did not was that there was no breakfast included in the price.

central location and live music on the Saturday night
had to buy locks for very old, small, flimsy lockers which would only fit key valuables rather than your whole bag. no kitchen facilities available. couldn’t control air conditioning (in dorm rooms) - staff have the controller and decide when it is turned on and off so it is on overnight which is good for most people in the dorm unless you are directly in line of the air on where it can get very cold and you only have a sheet so need to wear more clothes to bed which is surreal given the high temperatures all day long

The bar and the showers were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each bed had their own light and charging point.
The room was too small for 9 backpacks and the lockers were outside the rooms. Wifi in the room was bad, but good in the common rooms.

The friendly and helpful staff. Great central location beside the Main Basilica Central Square. Does not get better location than that. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. I rate this hostel high and a great place to stay whilst in Santa Cruz.

Location
My dorm bed was CONNECTED with the other guy in the L shape and the Aircon was right there freezing me. Plus if I change my side of the head then my head is next to the door. there was no privacy handle of any kind and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The bathrooms had no shower gel or shampoo and watered mixed soap!

Perfect location, nice outside showers, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.
I’ve never seen a 8-beds dormitory that small ! There is no space for luggages.
Also, I arrived at 6 am with my bus, but I had to wait until 8 am to finally see someone and store my luggages.
