Die Villa Belle ist eine 400 m² große Luxusvilla auf einem 4.000 m² großen, privat eingezäunten Grundstück, das speziell für Familien konzipiert wurde. Diese Villa liegt auf einem Hügel in der Nähe des Dorfes Atsipopoulo und bietet eine Vielzahl von Panoramablick auf das Meer von jedem Winkel des Gartens, der Veranden und der Balkone. Sie können die Aussicht auf die Stadt Rethymno, die Festung, die Berge und die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge über dem kretischen Meer genießen. Völlig abgelegen, aber nah an allem, bietet die Villa unseren Gästen volle Privatsphäre und eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen, um die ganze Familie zu unterhalten.
Diese dreistöckige Villa bietet Platz für 10 Personen in Betten und bei Bedarf maximal 12 Personen (mit Zustellbetten).
- Innenraumgestaltung -
Am Eingang der Villa im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großzügiger offener Bereich, der das Wohnzimmer, den Innenessbereich und einen Ausgang zur Hauptveranda, zum Garten und zum Pool enthält. Auf derselben Etage befinden sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes WC.
Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und einen Abstellraum. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche befinden sich ebenfalls im ersten Stock.
In der unteren Etage der Villa befindet sich ein weiteres Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad. Auf derselben Etage befinden sich außerdem ein geräumiges Spielzimmer und Fitnessbereiche.
Das Spielzimmer bietet Unterhaltung für alle Generationen wie einen Billardtisch, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, 55-Zoll-HDTV, eine Playstation 4 mit Spielen, Gesellschaftsspielen, DVD-Player und DVDs. Für sportlichere Sportler bietet der Fitnessbereich eine Reihe von Fitnessgeräten wie Laufband, Heimtrainer und Fitness-Multifunktionsgerät.

Im Freien hat die Villa eine eingezäunte Fläche von 4.000 m², von denen 2.600 m² für unsere Gäste zugänglich sind! Im Einzelnen umfassen die Außenanlagen:
- A 55 qm privates Schwimmen, das auch einen flachen Bereich für Kinder hat. Der Pool kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 40 € pro Tag beheizt werden. Sonnenschirme und 10 Sonnenliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

This property exceeded all our expectations, and I am not easily impressed. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the owner was always available to answer our questions. Location is perfect, beaches and restaurants all within 1 mins drive, but I already knew that having stayed in the area before. I had concerns having very young children about safety around the pool area, but I need not have worried as it was possible to lock off the pool area when needed. The children still had plenty of outdoor area to play away from the pool. This property has it all, fantastic sea views, tennis, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, hens, chickens, a peacock, superb pool table and table football. Basically you could not ask for more, caters for all the family. I would go as far as to say that this is probably the best property we have ever stayed in anywhere. I will be back, thank you Joanna and Stelios for being such fantastic hosts.

Words cannot do justice to the experience that my family and I had had at this property. It was truly a magical trip and that is thanks to the owners and etouri service providers. Beautiful views with mountains in the background, Perfect vantage point for sunrises and sunsets, And absolutely private experience with a grocery store only a three minute drive down the hill, And only 15 minutes Away from old town Reythmno. We had a fantaatic time, and were well taken care of. You will not regret staying here, it is even better than advertised. We will be going back!

Very nice outdoor environment. The peacock was very disturbing, defecating in the children's area. Indoors, poor hot water. The shower on the entrance floor was too small for two bedrooms and that it was not close to the rooms.

Villa Belle is a beautifully fitted, well located Villa, with easy access to restaurants, bars + beaches.
The facilities were excellent, with lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas to relax in. The hot tub was a particular favourite with my family.
Joanna, the owner was very kind and welcoming, leaving us a fantastic welcome pack. She supplied us with fresh eggs and sweet treats during the week.
Kostas and the etouri team ,who manage the Villa were excellent and were always available to help when asked.
We had a lovely stay at Villa Belle and would highly recommend the Villa as a base for visiting Crete.

We had the most amazing week at Villa Belle. The villa is beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean. It has been designed with thought and care and has unique, attractive decoration. Each room is individual and stylish, but remains practical and comfortable too. The downstairs games area is brilliant for teens and adults alike. The outdoor areas at the villa are also excellent providing lots to do, with comfy shaded seating areas, the hot tub, swimming pool, mini golf, table tennis, basketball/volley ball court and children's play area. The flowers and citrus trees are gorgeous. The views are stunning across the sea and to the mountains. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday, including a fabulous outside cooking area. The villa itself is complimented by the wonderfully warm welcome from Ioanna and Stelios, the hosts. They could not be more friendly, thoughtful and caring, really going that extra step to make your holiday perfect and look after everything you might need. We had to postpone our stay twice due to Covid but throughout, they made the process straightforward and stress-free. Once we arrived, they were so kind, leaving lots of essentials and Greek specialities for us. Ionnna even baked us a truly delicious cake during the week. The freshly laid eggs from the chickens at the bottom of the garden were delightful and made for very tasty breakfasts. Overall we cannot recommend this villa and Ioanna and Stelios more highly. If you book a holiday with them, you will not be disappointed. Truly magnificent!

Near to a village and a town ,village has bakery and butcher and a seafood shop.
Supermarket 5 minute drive
Very clean property and owners discreetly check and clean daily even leaving treats some days.
Our family had a lovely relaxing family time

Tudor views
The villa facilities were excellent for an extended family with children of various ages. The security and safety makes for a stress free time for the adults when the children are using the pool and play areas. The relaxation and eating areas were very flexible.
One improver would be a walk -in shower instead of the jacuzzi bath with overhead shower in the first floor main bedroom.
Contact with the villa owners was quick and effective when needed and were very helpful, and the provision of fresh eggs was really appreciated.
The local restaurant was disappointing not opening during lunch time except Sunday and not walkable. Proximity and access to Rethmnyo is excellent. No beaches are walkable, so good villa facilites and a car are paramount. Great holiday.

Stunning
Villa Belle was everything we hoped for and more! Location is very convenient, close to beaches and shopping and offers amazing views any time of the day. Villa is very well appointed with all necessities you may need for a relaxing vacation. Owners are beyond nice and accommodating. Owners take a great care of the grounds to ensure pool, hot tub and gardens are super clean and welcoming. When we arrived baskets of fruit and pastries and some wine were waiting for us. We even received a home baked cake during our stay. We had 9 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Outdoor grill/Owen were a great option when we wanted to have dinner by the pool instead of eating out. Villa has great security features where we felt comfortable leaving our possessions and going exploring all day. Truly unforgettable experience!

We had a beautiful time at the house and so much attengikn from the owner and management team to ensure we had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the welcome pack of eggs, fresh produce, wine, beer etc and the free booking at the nearby beach club was perfect for check out day. A car is essential but the supermarket and mainbroad are very close and accessible. A gorgeous stay we were incredibly sad to see end. Would gladly return and still hope the friendly little cat who earned our affection was still around 😊�

Fantastic views
We stayed for 10 days at Villa Belle with our extended family and it suited us perfectly. The house is spacious with large bedrooms and lots of communal spaces. The outdoor space is lovely and has space for both the kids and adults to enjoy. Our three kids (aged 3, 4 and 7) had so much fun! The view overlooking the large expanse of sea was stunning and we loved watching the sunsets.
The villa is well located - only a few minutes to small grocery shops, bakeries and a large supermarket. The town of Rethymno is only a short drive away - perfect for dinner or a stroll around the old town. Being close to the National road it was very easy base for exploring Crete by car.
The host was extremely hospitable and kind throughout our stay and very accessible to answer any questions. She had kindly filled the fridge with all essentials on our arrival with lots of pastries ready for breakfast.
The gardens and pool were maintained daily - completely unnoticed by us as it occurred early in the morning it never disturbed us.
Would thoroughly recommend if staying in Crete.

Exactly right
We booked this villa for a family holiday. What a good choice. The villa is just as described, clean comfortable, well equipped. The owner a delight, friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and well used as was the games room. Everything cl an and well maintained. Just a few minutes from Rethymno. The local patisserie was sublime. The other local shops also excellent. Easy to get away to visit other sites.
Etouri, with Kostas and his team were also helpful and available.
I cannot think how this can be improved. 5star.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Holiday
We spent one week in Villa Belle and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Right from the start we knew this was going to be special. Our family flown from different parts of the world to gather there in Crete and regardless of where we came from, Australia, England, Canada or Saudi Arabia, we were all impressed by the attention to detail and the 270 degrees views. We saw the sunrise and sunset right from the gardens with a turquoise sea in front. To top it all off, the owners were absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome. If I go back to Crete, this will be the place I would be staying again.

Luxurious villa with great facilities and views
We spent 10 fabulous days at the beautiful Villa Belle and enjoyed ourselves so much that we were all sad to leave.
We were a group of 6 (2 families with 2 teenage children). We were met by the villa owners Stelios and Joanna on our arrival, even though our flight was late at night, they were really friendly and welcoming. They had been shopping for us and left us some complimentary drink and food.
When we first arrived we were stunned by how spacious and luxurious Villa Belle is (the photos do not do it justice). It is no exaggeration to say that it is breath-taking. Internally the villa is decorated to a high specification and is extremely well equipped. The size of the villa could easily have catered for a larger party. The addition of the games room/gym was a great bonus for us and the kids. We have stayed in a lot of villas and we felt that the outside space and facilities was the best we have encountered so far. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and there are so many seating areas that we struggled to use them all in our 10 days. The swimming pool was a good size and was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The Jacuzzi added to the luxury feel of our stay. It was so fantastic to sit in the Jacuzzi and admire the view of Rethymno day and night.
Stelios attended the gardens and pool on a daily basis to make sure it was perfect for our use. He came early in the morning and his attendance never felt intrusive. Joanna and Kostas the villa manager were available by WhatsApp and text us to make sure we were having a lovely holiday. Kostas was very helpful with the arrangements for our car hire.
The local village has good amenities with a bakery, shops, tavernas and even a Lidl. The villa is very well located being in the centre of the island. It only took 10 minutes to get to Rethymno by car which was brilliant. The national road was nearby allowing easy access to other areas of Crete, but far enough away from the villa to prevent any noise.
We all loved our stay and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Stunning Villa!
What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Belle, could not fault anything about the villa at all. The owners are fantastic and offer such a wonderful personal service and nothing was too much trouble! The outside area is just fantastic and we wish we had been able to stay longer!

Lovely house with courteous owners
We couldn't fault the house and there was an abundance of space inside and out. We didn't make full use of the house, being 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 (house could accommodate 10) but even with max occupancy there would be loads of room.
Owners were lovely and greeted us on arrival and cane over to say goodbye on our last day. They were also available on WhatsApp 24/7 should we need them. The grounds were tended every day before we were out of bed and the beds linen and towels changed mid way through the week.
Weather a little iffy for our week in the October half term but lots to see and do. The House is in the middle of the island so not too bad to get to see any part of the island if you have a car.

Amazing villa
Our group of 5 adults and my 2yr old and 5 month old sons had an amazing time at villa belle and would highly recommend it to anyone. From the little details like fresh eggs and figs to the amazing views and attention to detail by the owners. Stelios and Joanna were wonderful hosts and made us feel like nothing would be a problem if we needed anything,whilst leaving us in peace to enjoy there beautiful villa. The villa's decor is of a very high standard and its location is beautiful ( a vehicle is recommended though ). We would like to thank stelios and Joanna for a great holiday and all the things such as pushchairs, high chairs, baby cots and stair gates that made a family holiday that bit easier for us. The only negative any of our group would offer was that the mattresses were very hard, but that certainly won't stop us from booking this villa again. 5 stars.. looking forward to going back x

Great quiet large family home overlooking the sea
Great house, great host, no complaints at all. Pool, spa, game room, BBQ, indoor and outdoor entertaining. It has it all. We were 8, House can hold 10 comfortably. Close to town, great local fish market just up the hill and Lidl grocery just down the hill.. 5 stars for the house and the etouri team i.e.. For us, the reflect holiday
A family holiday for my grown up children and 2 grandchildren. We all needed to relax. The villa is simply wonderful. Spacious, stylish and with every facility, spotless and comfortable. It's even better than the pictures on their website, We all loved it. Felt like being millionaires for a week. The view terrific, the pool perfect, lots of places to eat, sit, relax, talk. We played table tennis, pool and used the gym. Supermarkets down the road. Visitors will definitely need a car.
The owners and their rental agents were most helpful and friendly. The pool and gardens were kept in perfect order daily, though unobtrusively. We were asked if there was anything that would make our holiday better...we mentioned that some music would be good. The next day a music system arrived! We had one of the best holidays ever.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely owners Stelios and Joanne who explained everything we needed to know and gave us their number if we needed them for anything.
Also Kostas, the booking agent, and his team were excellent from the moment we booked the villa until we left. They answered questions promptly, organised some groceries for us on arrival and taxi’s throughout our stay. Between Kostas and the owners they couldn’t do enough for you.
The Villa is situated up high on a hill within a quiet location with tremendous views over the sea and the local town of Rethymno. We were surprised at the size of the Villa and land as we drove through the electric gated entrance which opened into a massive parking area in front of the villa. The beautiful gardens had a good sized swimming pool, hot tub, Gazebo, and plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy. There were shaded areas under the trees if it got too hot and for some of us sun worshipers plenty of loungers, comfortable seats and even a hammock for the adults to relax or sunbathe.
Inside was beautiful with its lovely cool shiny tiled floors and stairs giving an air of opulence with all the modern day comforts plus more included. There was a well equipped Kitchen with plenty of cupboards, crockery and utensils, dishwasher and fridge freezer AND also a fresh supply of Eggs from the owners chickens every other day. There are 5 large bedrooms with big comfortable beds, especially the room on the lower floor which had a lovely en-suite with wet room shower. The main living/dining room area had a large TV and PlayStation console.There was also a games rooms with plenty to do including a fussball table, a pool table, table tennis table and a for those of you who need to keep your figures trim, a gym with weights and a cross trainer.
Overall definitely a 5 star experience and I would recommend this villa for families and groups alike.

Perfect villa
Nice place to go anywhere to visit the island. The owners are so much lovely. They assist us quickly, gently and respectfully. They speak French, what is a good point.
Before the arrival, Kostas and his team gave us all the keys for a good stay. Everything was very well organised. Once we landed, I received a message to know if we were arrived.
All the team make us have a wonderful stay in villa Belle. Congratulations!!
