La ubicación es perfecta, ya nos habíamos alojado allí en otras ocasiones y nos habían tocado habitaciones mejores la verdad.

No daba al parque de Santa Catalina, la ducha estaba en bastantes malas condiciones no sé si era moho o que pero se veía toda la esquina negra.

Great location, great price. It fits the bill. I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

The place was not clean. It was not exactly dirty, but every surface looks unwashed. The walls and doors are filthy with years of hand marks and liquids spilling on them. There are stains and marks literally all over the walls and on the doors. They desperately need either a good cleaning or a new coat of paint. The beds and linen were fine, but when you turned your head to the side, there were dirty walls looking right at you. The frame for the shower doors was broken and so was one of the screens for the shower door. It felt like I could break them even more with only the lightest touch. The towels were nice and there were plenty of them, so that was good. The shower toilet and sink were nice and clean thankfully, but the flusher for the toilet is half broken because it moves around and it's hard to flush sometimes. The stairs look like they have never been swept or vacuumed because there is dirt in every corner and the paint is falling off or really badly done everywhere. Overall, the impression is not a good one, because the surfaces look and seem dirty. Even if they're not ACTUALLY dirty, they SEEM dirty, and as a paying customer, that's the same thing.

very noisy area. drunk people all night in Santa Catalina park. very dirty windows and needs decorating upkeep needs attention.

It is close to Las Canteras beach and the main bus stop.

The bathroom was dirty - I found hair on walls and floor from past travellers. The bathroom cabin was broken and you could hurt yourself while closing. The noise from outside at night in the room was very loud - it seems like there is no isolation at all. The door frame was with mold. The curtains were very dirty and with many holes.
