Location was great, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Terrace was fabulous. Local bars and cafes were super and prices very good for a city centre location.

Room was a little small. It would have been great to have had a (small) fridge in the room.

The hotel has a great location. This neighbourhood is close to everything, and within walking distance, you can enjoy the whole city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and main attractions. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Rooms are very small; they don't offer you water, tea, or coffee. Bathroom is super small as well, nevertheless room was clean overall.

Ubicación perfecta, personal muy atento dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que haga falta. Colchón y almohada muy confortables. Todo perfecto.

Quizá falta un poco de insonorización en las habitaciones pero tampoco hay mucho barullo.

Nice little hotel close to all the sights......great staff who were really nice and very helpful......the rooms are nicely decorated and everything was very clean.... ..there is a capsule machine for coffee.....there is a cafe opposite that is open from 8:00 a.m. in the morning....in front of the hotel there is a very nice square with a few restaurants serving food and good drinks in the evenings.....

A little louder at night, because of the other hotels and Bars.....and also the guests from other hotels as passing by

Was not clean and the facility needs an upgrade. The shower has no protection and the water goes all over the floor. There were some kind of bug eggs in the toilet

our room was quite small, but of course anyone can get larger room by booking upper class room. bed was not very comfortable. there is a big single pilllow which was very hard.it is not a good idea for a couple i believe. ask for normal two pillows.

Location in city centre , gorgeous hotel with a lovely lobby . Our twin room with a balcony overlooking the square was a joy . The staff were lovely and extremely welcoming. This was my second visit and I hope to return

Our room had a large balcony, with a incredible view, the perfect place to take breakfast or a beer in the end of the day. The location is very good, very close to the Setas but not that close to make it noisy. We love it!

the noise because of the restaurants outside and in the hotel we heard everything when people are in the corridor.

it was accredited 2 stars but it was more like a boutique. it was very clean, the lobby was stunning and the courtyard too. Although small it was perfect for my friend and I and I would definitely go and stay there again.

No mini fridge in the room. Seville is incredibly hot so cold drinks are required. It would be wonderful if additional assortment of tea/coffee was available.

the property is in the center of the Alfalfa, in the middle of a little square with restaurants and trees, despite it being very busy at night you cannot hear anything once you’re in your room! it felt very safe as a solo traveler and as a woman! the room was small and comfortable, the closets were a bit old and unstable but it wasn’t a problem. a few newer closets and it would’ve been excellent! sadly they don’t have breakfast, but there are plenty of nice breakfast places nearby. the host was very kind. overall, very good!!

Disappointed. Usually I'm not the type of person who complains or share reviews however this time is different. I understand that is a 2 star hotel usually people not expecting too much of it, neither do I as I come to see the city not to stay in a hotel bedroom Let's start with the check in, did not even do the check in or sign anything just gave my passport and got my room?! The room was on the ground-floor for people who has disability, also opposite the room 2 public toilet? Next to the room the entrance or exit to the patio. Very weird located room. I asked another room, apparently this type of room, the hotel has only 2. So i checked it on the second floor well I though is better compare the ground floor one well I am not sure anymore. "Window" facing to the hallway or stair case whatever, if I open or just the blind basically everyone can see everything. Bathroom is like 4x4, very crowded, above the toilet you have the hangers to put your towel, next to it the sink so you can bang yourself every single time, opposite the sink there is a bide, in a 2 star hotel for what ? And then next to these 2 the bathtub. So basically there is no space to get dry properly, i could step in to the bide oh and the other hangers above the bide. Well done whoever designed the room. So I am debating which room is better or worse? Pillow is horrible, if you open the hot water is burning if you add a bit of cold goes extremely cold then put it back again burning so can not adjust it to have a nice shower. The water is playing up. I'm looking forward to hear everything as the walls are very thin. Someone throwing up in the morning literally felt like he is in my bathroom. Awful stay. No explanation or if I need any assistance, basic info around the area or anything. Wifi is free well can not even connect again no info. No food option which is disappointing, not even breakfast.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The private terrace was fantastic...perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

A slightly larger TV would have been nice.
