Location is great, staff excellent, food tasty and service good.
It was disappointment, that absolute majority of "4 star hotel" rooms have no view at all. One cannot consider tiny window to small and narrow patio/stairs as a courtyard view.
Another limitation is unusually early check-out (10:30).

The place has an amazing location. We rented a room with an ocean view; realistically you had to open the front door of the room to then sit in a balcony/walkway to enjoy the ocean view. A bit of an oversell but not that bad. To whoever owns this hotel; with a bit of a freshen up/ update you can have a great hotel.
Please note that the staff were absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and polite.

The staff is very friendly and nice, you can always get answers from them. The view is very good from second and third floor, you can enjoy the sea view and the sun while lying on a sun longer. The dinner is also worth trying especially the white wine.

Good location overlooking the beach.At the quieter part of Cala Gonone however very close to bars shops and restaurants. Beautiful views from the restaurant.
We had a ground floor room which only had a small window, the room was dark with no views.
There was no hotel parking, the hotel is next to a public car park with additional charges of six euros a day, there is also some free car park up the road.

The hotel is located on a beautiful spot in the town just across the sea and beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and shops
The rooms and especially the bathrooms could use an update. The beds were comfortable though and the room was huge.

The location is great. Right across from the water. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant is pretty good, damn good by "in the hotel" standards. Room was comfortable and huge.
The bed was fine, in fact, great for Italy standards. I just wish Italians learned how to make comfortable mattresses -- but this is not something you can fault the hotel for. So, really, it is not even something bad that I can say about the hotel.

Room was nice and also the Restaurant for the breakfast with direct view of the sea. Breakfast is ok. Cala Ganone is a nice place to make a short stop ( it means 2-3 Days ) but not more-

Great location opposite a nice beach and between two other. Very close to restaurants, bars and all other amenities you want or need. Parking in a public car park right next door which was very handy. We booked a suite so had nice beach views, plenty of space and a good bathroom - very good aircon and comfortable bed. Nice restaurant onsite.
our room decor was rather dated and would hav3 been more comfortable with a sofa rather than old fashioned dining chairs - not good for relaxing. OK breakfast, but nothing special.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Excrement and urine coming from the shower and bidet. No apologies or discount🤬

View from the window, comfy chairs, big shower, nice location, decor at the reception and dining area.
Bath too small, decor in the room was too dated, mattress Needs replacing, there was an odour coming from it. TV could be updated to a smart TV so films etc can be watched.
Mini was well hidden and I didn't know about its whereabouts.

reception not friendly. some of the installations were broken and one window gave directly from bedroom to hall.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff, especially the owner who invited us for a welcome drink, was very helpful with local information and advised us great about the food and wine.
We also received an upgrade, with a bigger room, very quiet.
