The location of the hotel was great, convenient to walk to sites and restaurants. The room we had for a triple was cool/fun. The beds were comfy.

When we arrived at the hotel the front door was closed for repairs, so no place to park to drop off luggage. A heads up from the hotel would've been nice. Worse than dragging bags from garage, there is no lift to the 3rd floor. Normally wouldn't mind (understand lack of lifts) but having to carry our bags up a narrow, curved, uneven staircase from the 2nd floor was a challenge. We had to hold the railing, so we had to make a couple of trips. Was disappointed to see a number of fans set up in our room...A/C was not working. And you can't leave them running when you leave the room.

Location right in the centre. Friendly and helpful front of house staff. Very nice hotel and room was spot on. We didn't use the spa as there were works going on, so cannot comment.

Parking was in another location. Expensive overall when compared to other hotels.

Our stay in Troyes was brief so we booked a central hotel.....but to waste so much time trying to locate the hotel and car park (plus having to pay 12 euros for the privilege!) was irritating and frustrating. To find that the Hotel was not of the standard we expected from Best Western Premier was very disappointing. Evidence of building work in and around the lift , carpets on floor were unsafe. We were given a disabled room which was unnecessary. Your hotel was the most expensive of the 5 places we stayed on our travels and had high expectations. We thought we had planned the best hotel until last but that sadly didn't happen.

The room was great with separate toilet, beautiful bathroom, best shower I’ve had in a hotel and spacious. Location perfect. Staff helpful.

The hotel put a baby bath as well as a cot in our room.

We didn’t know we had to book a space in the car park at the hotel, so we had to use the cathedral car park, but it’s only 70m away and a very good public car park.
