Brilliant location, comfortable multi purpose accommodation, couldnt fault the people, the town or Poland as a country. A great experience, we thoroughly recommend.

We liked the location right next to the square. Walk 1 min and your near everything.

75 steps up to the room. No elevator. Tiny step to get in/out Bath. No handrail to get out. Quite. Dangerous as bath is built up.

Location was good

Wifi was available for 2 days and the next 3 days it was not available. There was no bolt or lock in all the rooms. Also no lock in the toilet and the bath. Very embarrassing when family member or friends are using it and it's being pushed open. There was a solid wooden across the living room and I hit my head couple of times

I’d book twin beds there was double and a sofa bed that was to hard to sleep on, room was dirty carpet was so bad i’d have skipped it. Wi-Fi would not connect’ entrance to bath room unsafe, we where there for four days bedding never changed room never cleaned.

Location is awesome. Room was perfect for one person.

Stairs and then more stairs. Be warned. AC in my room was broken. This was an attic room with small roof windows, so it was hot and it was not even summertime.

No lift. Room not cleaned or towels changed in 4 days. Watered down shower gel.

Wish there was an elevator as there were a lot of stairs, and I struggled due to being pregnant, but it didn't ruin our experience.

The location is perfect. Would stay again but i would upgrade to a better room with a good view.

Very awkward room design, poor view, lots of stairs to get to the apartment which isn't fun after a long day of travelling. The finish was poor.

Only gripe was no water, tea bags, coffee etc. Even a bottle of water would have been nice as got in late and had to find somewhere for a drink. Also no bin in the room. Could get a bit noisy but due to location it was understandable

The location

The room was noisy, we were in room 28 next to the boiler cupboard and it kept us awake all night. The room was tatty, not very clean, stain on sheets , beds were tiny, pillows and bedding need replacing.

Amazing location yet no noise at any times of day so we were able to sleep and relax. The room met every practical standard we could have, even had an ironing board and an iron! Clean, open space, the staff were just wonderfully helpful and friendly in person and over email
