Pepy's Villa - Private & luxurious, with Swimming pool, near several beaches
Villa Agios Konstantinos liegt etwas außerhalb der alten Stadt-Hafen von Lavrio Region Attika in; etwas mehr als eine halbe Autostunde von Athen entfernt, aber weit weg von der geschäftigen Stadt, zwischen einem Pinienwald eingebettet auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer.
Die gesamte Region ist lebendig mit der alten Geschichte, der Kultur und erstaunliche natürliche Schönheit. Einzigartig faszinierende archäologische Stätten, traditionelle griechische Tavernen, und natürlich die herrlichen türkisblauen Wasser waschen über die Strände auf den Saronischen Golf kombinieren, um eine wirklich inspirierend Szene. Eigentlich könnte die ganze Gegend um Lavrio als eine riesige archäologische Stätte charakterisiert werden, voller Geschichte, von seiner antiken Monumente, Tempel und Theater -in der Tat zu den ältesten in Griechenland-, um es prähistorischen Bergwerken. Die Villa selbst ist, an einen Hang gebaut, verfügt über einen herrlichen Blick aus jedem seiner drei Ebenen. Der Hauptaußenbereich ist komplett mit einer großen Terrasse und Essbereich, Schwimmbad und Grill aus Stein, die alle von dichten Vegetation, die von Weinreben auf die Abbildung und Granatapfelbäumen. Alles natürlich von den großen Veranden auf jeder Etage übersehen.
Die im Innenbereich der Villa sind einfach ein Genuss und ein Vergnügen. Everything about our stay at Villa Pepy was a pleasure from the communication from the initial booking to check in and the stay. The villa was exactly as described, clean and well presented. The villa we well appointed with everything you would need - the air conditioning was perfect during the recent heatwave - and the pool was a particular highlight. The location was also ideal for visiting Athens and sites.

Our experience from the beginning has been amazing! From the property manager to the owners of the villa it has been an incredible experience. The owners meet us at the villa and gave us a tour and spent time with us and then took us to the market to get groceries. The villa is beautiful and quiet and private.I recommend this villa to anyone from a small family to a larger one. We will be back and have made new friends her in Greece! Γιορτάζω

Even more beautiful than the photos! Villa was equipped with everything needed for a family vacation in Greece. Communication was outstanding with both the property manager leading up to our travel and also the gracious hosts, Mrs. Pepy and her husband, They greeted us at the property to show us around and to ensure that we were comfortable upon arrival. If we had questions during our stay, they were quick to respond. The location was exactly what we had hoped for. Peaceful, a brief drive to the adorable village in Lavrio and the port with easy access for a day trip to explore Kea by ferry. Close enough to Athens so that we could spend time sightseeing. The villa and the pool are beautifully maintained and the landscape is breathtaking. The villa has plenty of sitting areas for sipping coffee, having family meals, inside or outside or just to gaze out over the sea in the distance. There are many beautiful places to stay in Greece, but this property is very special. Our hosts made this experience even more memorable and we left feeling as though we have new family in Greece. We are already planning our return!

The villa was exactly the villa we had chosen from the pictures on VRBO- if anything it exceeded expectations. We particularly enjoyed that it felt like a family home unlike the usual rental. The pool was beautifully clean and we loved the garden and being able to pick fresh figs for breakfast. Alex at VRBO answered all my questions perfectly before the trip and when we met Pepy and her husband they could not have been more helpful. We will always remember our time there with the fondest memories.

Great place for our family vacation
My family and I had such a nice time at this house. Mrs. Pepy and her husband was so nice and welcoming. The house was very spacious fine my three girls, my husband and I. The kids enjoyed having a pool right there.
We would definitely recommend this lovely house.

Very clean and cosy villa in peaceful small village Agios Konstantinos. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and cleen, in a quiet location but only 5 minute drive to closest town Lavrio where one can find plenty of shops and different kind of restaurants. Many nice beaches are in close distance, in 15 minutes you have many beaches to choose. Upon arrival Mrs Pepy an her husband were waiting for us and giving a short introduction to the house and surroundings. The house has three floors which we found very handy, adults sleeping in two first floor and all the kids sharing the upper floor. The pool was clean and big enough for a bigger group also.
I would recommend this villa for everyone wishing a relaxing holiday far enough from city hassle but close enough for everything you may need. Thanks a lot Pepy and Lefteris for your hospitality and warm thanks also to Christian in the neighbour. Hoping we could see again some day!

Villa Pepy is a beautiful villa. It is perfect for a family holiday, it is clean and well equipped with plenty of space. The pool and outside area are great, we spent all our time out there.
The location is amazing with a short drive down to the town of Lavrio which has a selection of shops and some really good restaurants. Also it is only a short drive to many lovely beaches and the Temple of Posidon.
And to top it off the host was amazing and couldn't do enough to help us.
All in all an amazing place to stay with an abundance of things to do within a short drive, definitely recommend

Beautifully located villa
Villa Pepy is a beautiful villa. It is perfect for a family holiday, it is clean and well equipped with plenty of space. The pool and outside area are great, we spent all our time out there.
The location is amazing with a short drive down to the town of Lavrio which has a selection of shops and some really good restaurants. Also it is only a short drive to many lovely beaches and the Temple of Posidon.
And to top it off the host was amazing and couldn't do enough to help us.
All in all an amazing place to stay with an abundance of things to do within a short drive, definitely recommend

An authentic Greek villa with lovely pool and outdoor area - great for a family holiday!
We had a great time in Greece and really enjoyed our time in the villa. It's very spacious, perfect for our family of 4 and could easily fit 8 people as all the rooms are a good size. The pool is very clean and well maintained and is situated in a very quiet oasis surrounded by trees. A car is essential as the nearest town/shops are 4km downhill towards the coast and there are incredible beaches only 30-40 mins drive away. I would recommend providing a booklet for guests with details of local tavernas, restaurants, beaches etc. Helen was extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions.

Summer escape
Our stay was amazing, expectations were running high ahead of our stay but they were pleasantly surpassed as soon as we arrived. 2 families with 4 children aged under 12. The property is ideal for such a set up. It is very spacious, lots of balconies with great views, rooms on separate floors that allow for privacy but also large communal spaces. The pool is ideal for kids. The big BBQ was also fun to use. We hope to re-visit the property soon and would highly recommend it.

Perfect house for a large group )
This is a very spacious house for large groups, with 3 levels each with a full bathroom, living area and massive balcony/tarras. Views are amazing, location quiet and safe. Pool was amazing extra so needed after a hot day. Athens 60 min away, 40 min to the airport. Cannot overstate that AC was a life saver. Would recommend for the future stay.

We enjoyed Lavrio, Poseidon temple and Athens.
There is a choice between sandy beaches on both sides and also rocky beaches for snorkeling.

Aghios constantinous
The villa is one of the best we have stayed in, so well equipped and comfortable. The beds especially were comfortable with a good view of the country side. Not too far away from the town with a great selection of bakeries although we frequent the bakery suggested by the owners. Pepy and her husband were very welcoming, met us in Lavrio and guided us to their villa even though it was late evening. The only downside was the bugs leaving us with bites and itching, this was a problem this year due to the humidity. The best way to relieve the itching was to submerge ourselves in the swimming pool, the pool well situated , beautifully clean and very easily accessed. Overall the 5 of us had a good and restful holiday. Thank you

Of Poseidon at sunset as well as regular trips to several local beaches which had clean and warm sea. If you like sailing, we recommend Yachthop near Athens, who offer various trips along the beautiful coastline there. Thank you Alex and Mrs Pepy, we had a fabulous time from start to finish!

Perfect family holiday!
The perfect place for the perfect holiday! Where to start! The villa itself is wonderful and beautifully decorated. From the first step we took inside, we could feel that the owners love their home and look after it with great care and attention to detail. It has a wonderful welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that we enjoyed very much. The villa is very spacious and accommodating to our group of 3 generations (grandparents, parents and two children). The sleeping arrangements were perfect and made everyone feel comfortable. An added bonus was the bathrooms on each floor, with ample hot water for all of us to enjoy our showers. We made full use of the pool and lovely gardens and enjoyed them at all hours, from our morning coffee to our family dinners. The owner Pepy is an incredible host. Such a kind and generous person! She picked us up from the nearby city of Lavrion, advised us about where to eat and what beaches to visit. She is also very thoughtful and well prepared for the different needs of her guests. For example, we needed a different mattress for my father who has back pains and Pepy gave us a spare one, just for this purpose! Pepy has thought of everything and is extremely helpful. If you need anything, then all you have to do is ask. Last but not least, we were very pleased with Alex from Blue Window who made our booking and exchange feel like a breeze. Pepy and Alex truly know how to guarantee the perfect holiday. Our entire family is looking forward to visiting again next year!

Lovely Villa for family or couples holidays.
We were an extended family group, Grandparents, parents, Auntie and one six month old baby. We loved the lower floor's open plan nature with kitchen, lounge and direct access to terrace, garden and swimming pool. There were 3 very well appointed bath and shower rooms for us all on each of the three floors and hot water was plentiful. The view from all the terraces and balconies looking out over the trees to a glimpse of the sea was lovely, although we were careful to keep bedroom windows closed as the mosquitos were pretty rampant! We all came home very well bitten despite sprays, candles and mosquito coils, just par for the course in this part of the world, had the same thing in Italy but wouldn't put us off. The pool is fab for all ages, very clean and a great place to unwind after a day sightseeing. We parked our car at the bottom of the Villa and used the steps up to the garden gate as the parking through the automatic gate to the front door was a bit of a challenge in our seven seater hire car, but it was easy parking at the bottom and just a few steps to navigate. You will need a car to get about. The nearest town ,Lavrion, about a 5 minute drive, has loads of great restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Nice place to walk along the harbour in the evening and admire the yachts. Within walking distance from the villa there are a few Tavernas also.
Things for owners to put in the information book would be what fuel to use on the bbq, and some general hints to get the best out of it as we could not get the grill to work in the oven so were a bit limited for cooking our kebabs. Also maybe a memory foam mattress topper on the sofa bed in the middle floor bedroom to make it a bit more comfortable for the person using this bedroom for the week.
None of the above detracted from us having a lovely, comfortable stay at this beautiful well appointed Villa. Loads of room for everyone to have a wonderful time and we did.

Calme et sérénité dans une magnifique maison!
Nous avons passés une semaine merveilleuse avec nos enfants et petits enfants chez Pépy et Lefteris. La maison est magnifique très confortable et excessivement bien équipée. Beaucoup de vaisselle et linge de maison à disposition. L’équipement pour les petits enfants étaient parfait.
Pépy et Leftéris nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement malgré les 3 heures de retard de notre avion qui les ont obligé à nous attendre tard dans la soirée.
Un grand merci à Alex qui s’est occupé avec sérieux et gentillesse de notre réservation.
Et un grand merci aussi à Christiane , la voisine francaise de Pépy et Lefteris pour ses bons conseils !

Fantastic villa, great views
Booking process with Alex was excellent and the owners,Pepy and Lefteris were extremely nice and very helpful. They met us on arrival in Lavrion, took us up to the villa and showed us around. It is a beautiful villa, very spacious and well equipped and the patio, garden and pool were brilliant for relaxing. It is in a good location in a quiet village up in the hills with amazing views, but it is a short drive to loads of great beaches and into Athens itself. We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. Thank you Alex and Pepy and Lefteris.

Eine traumhafte Villa
Wir haben mit 7 Personen zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Villa verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage und bietet sehr viel Platz auf 3 Etagen. Die Einreichtung ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich gestaltet, so dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Haustüre auf der "Straßenseite" befindet sich im mittleren Stockwerk, in dem sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und ein großzügiger Wohnbereich nebst Bar findet. Außerdem gibt es hier einen großen Balkon, der sich über die gesamte Breite des Hauses zum Garten und Pool hin erstreckt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelschlafzimmer mit separaten Balkonen und ein großes Wannenbad. In der Garten- und Poolebene befindet sich ein geräumiges Doppelschlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, ein Duschbad, die Küche und ein großer Wohn-, Essbereich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist außergewöhnlich umfangreich. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine große Terrasse, die teilweise überdacht ist, so dass man jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen finden kann und von der man den traumhaften Ausblick ins Tal und auf das Meer genießen kann. Hier befindet sich auch der große Grill und ein Esstisch für 8 Personen, der zum gemütlichen Beisammensein einläd. Wenige Stufen tiefer schließt sich der Garten mit Pool an. Unsere Kinder haben oft den ganzen Tag im Wasser verbracht während wir sie jederzeit von der Terrasse aus im Auge behalten konnten.
Die Umgebung ist ländlich ruhig und läd zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und abenteuerlichen Erkundungstouren der historischen Minen von Lavrio ein. Die Stadt Lavrio ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreicht und bietet von Bars über Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles, was man für den täglich Bedarf benötigt. Im Umkreis von ca. 30 Autominuten findet man etliche Buchten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die einen Besuch lohnen. Die Innenstadt Athens liegt ca. 60 Minuten entfernt, zum Flughafen dauerts 35 Minuten. Ganz besonders positiv erwähnen möchten wir die unglaublich netten, hilfsbereiten und jederzeit erreichbaren Vermieter. "Mrs. und Mr. Pepy, wir danken euch nochmals von Herzen für die tolle Zeit und Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt."

Amazing villa
From the moment we arrived in Lavrion the owners ernt out of there way to meet us to ensure we arrived safely and found the villa. The villa is beautiful and so homeley and spacious... The look is a perfect size for all the family and perfect at night got couple to have a romantic swim together. The town itself is very traditional with lots of restuarants. The nearby harbour and local beeches make this location a perfect get away for a couple on a romantic get away of a family holiday. We will be visiting again.

Schöne & grosse Villa
Wir - eine Familie mit 4 Kindern zwischen 4 und 11 Jahre - haben die Ferien in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz, ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Auch der Garten und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus diente als Basis diverse Ausflüge entlang der Halbinsel und nach Athen.
Besten Dank an Pepy und Lefteris für den herzlichen Empfang und die gute Betreuung, ebenfalls danke an den Verwalter Alex für die reibungslose Abwicklung.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der Hahn des Nachbarn, der uns teilweise zu früh aus den Federn holte...

Fantastic place to relax
We went to Greece out of season so wanted somewhere you could chill out and feel comfortable either inside or outside.
Firstly both Pepy and Lefteris were so welcoming we felt instantly relaxed and at home and from there our stay just kept getting better.
On the warm days we had wonderful BBQ's of fresh fish from the Fish market. Every day we went to a little Coffee shop in the main town. We were the only tourists there, which was perfect as we felt like we were experiencing the real Greece. The people of Lavario were amazing, we were offered advice on where to go by random people, some of the local people in the village bought us fresh eggs and everyone we came across were just so delightful and friendly.
We did a day trip to Kea, which I would highly recommend and also went to the temple of Poseidon.
I would definitely return here. I would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing pool.

As per the headline - the house offers all that's in the description and then some. Your are 30 min. from Athens airport and about the same distance to down-town where there is plenty to see and do. Lavrio is a charming little town - we were there out of season, so it was pretty quiet, but that suited us well, and there are still plenty of restaurants to chose from. If you want to cook on the grill on the patio there are good supermarkets, a couple of butchers; if you want to get fresh fish you should get to town before noon where you will find a couple of fish stalls offering today's catch. There are very nice beaches within 10 - 20 min. drive from the house, and make sure to go and see the Poseidon temple at Cape Sounion with stunning views. We also chartered a sailing boat for a day and went across to Kea - very recommendable.
The hosts, Peppy and Leyteris, are the kindest people you will met - the will do anything to help and Alex, the agent, is quick and responsive.
You need to have a car available to get the best our of your stay here.

Fantastic Villa
We spent a fabulous week in Peppy and Leyteris's beautiful villa in September 2014.
The villa itself is amazing - beautifully decorated with lots of interesting items, fabulous verandas and fantastic outdoor pool, barbecue and eating/sitting area. It's also extremely well equipped - you'll want for nothing!
The location is great - very close to the airport (<30 mins), the town of Lavrio has a great buzz with lots of nice places to eat etc, Athens is less than an hour away, and there are lots of great beaches and other activities within easy reach.
Peppy and Leyteris could not be more welcoming and accommodating - they really are lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble - they even bought infant cots us to save us bringing our own and gave us a lovely parting momento by which to remember them.
Finally, Alex (the property manager) was impeccable during the booking process. He explained everything fully and was very quick to get back to any queries etc.
You cant go wrong with this property and these people.

LOVELY VILLA IN AN GREAT LOCATION
We spent a week in this villa with 7 persons. It is a great villa with a beautifull interiour decoration. There a plenty of relaxing furniture in the whole villa. The airconditioning was a cool welcome for a goodnight sleep. The swimmingpool is great and the garden is a great place for relaxing at night and looking at the stars. It is about 10 minutes into the city of Lavrio where you can find all kinds of shops and supermarkets (the PAPsupermarket is also open on sundays!). We also visited Cape Sounion to see the sunset over the Temple of Poseidon; very lovely. Many thanks to the lovely owners who explained the villa and surroudings very good. They took there time to make us feel right at home. We are sorry we missed them when we left the villa early in the morning! Overall a great place with everything you need to make it a great holiday.

Stunning villa
What a fab villa everything was there that you would need so comfortable and homely. The pool was amazing and it was an easy drive into Lavrio town for restaurants, bars, shops and open air cinema. Very cheap to eat and drink and there was a bar, restaurant, chemist and petrol station in the village, all within an easy walk. Silver mine was worth a visit for the history of the area. Drove to Athens and did the hop on hop off bus tour great way to see it in a day. Visited Cape Sounion to see the sun set over the Temple of Posiden. Lovely beaches within a 15 minute drive and only 40 minutes from Athens Airport. A big thank you to the lovely owners who were so helpful,would definately return here again.

Amazing home! Great for every group!!
Pepy and her husband have a beautiful home that they are willing to completely share with their guests. You have the whole house to use. It is comfortable and quiet. We stayed with two families at this house for a week. There was plenty of room for privacy as well as room to all do something together. We spent a lot of time at the house just relaxing and it was perfect. The kids all had a ball in the yard and hiking around the area. There are many walks that can be taken right from the house. Lazy days were spent by the pool and we grilled and cooked at night or went into town for great seafood. The owners were so helpful with everything. We had an issue with the internet going down and they came right over to sort it out. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need to live comfortably. Some days we never left the house so we could just relax, play cards and swim. You have to drive to the beach but it is a 10 minute drive down the hill. We left a small pile of clothes at the house when we left and Pepy was kind to get the clothes to Athens a few weeks later when a team from our school was there competing. She made sure someone got the package of clothes. We all recommend this house highly. There was nothing negative about this rental. We look forward to going back again in the future.

Spacious, well-appointed, comfortable luxury
We were delighted with the villa when we arrived. It seemed better than advertised and there was plenty of room for all of us. The garden and patio was lovely and the pool perfect. We spent most of our time outside. The local area felt safe and friendly and the port is s convenient to travel to nearby islands. We will definitely return if we have the chance.

Absolutely beatiful villa for big family
All pictures of villa were beatiful and place was like that or even more. Our family, 6 adults and 1 child, had a great holiday there.
Owners were very kind and it was easy to ask advices from them. They organized babybed and -carriage.
I can recommend the place. It´s great place to relax, swimming, walking, but you definately need to rent a car, because all supermarkets and restaurants are not walking distance.
