Staffs at the coffee house was polite

Staff at counter took sometime to prepare our check in process due to (maybe) lack of staff... the payment machine was not working so it took.us sometime to get our room key. One of the list wasn't functioning. Few of us from different rooms got stuck at out floor. To.make things worst, we missed our meeting due to waiting for the lift to be fixed.

Other than the strategic location, there’s nothing I like about this property honestly

Serious leakage at the bathroom, the shower tap was loosened and water wasn’t able to come out properly, it even leaked through the wall tiles. Not only that, the water leaked out to the room next to the beds which is extremely terrible. Called the reception to inform the situation, I was expecting to change a room, but instead she called for maintenance. Later, a maintenance guy came in to fix it but after a couple of minutes he called another 3-4 guys to enter my room (I was with my another girl friend)… We immediately felt unsafe and I called the receptionist again to request changing my room. As expected, she impatiently said she will check but never gotten back to me after. All in all, terrible experience with both the hotel and the staff. ⚠️PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING❗️❗️❗️

Big room for family of 7. Very central and close to many amenities around. Breakfast spread could be improved.

No pool for children. Troublesome logins to access wifi.

The check in and check out speed .

The aircon compressor was annoying and noisy ! Can’t sleep the whole night .The bath room sewer system was stuck.

not value for money. the price we paid does not tally with the room standard. the room is old and the shower head is broken. there is no laundry bag as well.

The bedsheets is soft and comfortable.

The aircon not cool and quite less people staying. I have the second bad experience staying. Change room from level 16 to 15 due to aircon issue. Pillow also not goo h

we have higher floor with some sea view. Kids like it very much. breakfast food is not many choices but their service is good. check out time also very fast.

hair dryer in the toilet is dangerous for customer where the cable have many connected points with rubber tape which is not proper way. Hope the management will look into it.
