Great location, quiet, excellent host and staff

The property was in a great location. Easy walk to the main attractions. Bus service within a couple blocks. Elena is a warm and personable host who provided recommendations for sites, restaurants and shopping.

this is one of the hidden genuinely unique B and B place in Florence. Elena is an outstanding host, humble and extremely friendly lady. the property is beautiful, comfortable close to everything transportation and clean rooms are a place to stay

Elena is the best host you can find! She always takes time to give you advice on what to visit in the city, where to eat etc... The breakfast is very good, with fresh products and it is prepared with great care. The house is beautiful and the rooms are confortable and have everything you need. We will definitely stay there again during our next stay in Firenze!

The location of the house is great when the bus system works well (it only takes 10 min to go to the city center). Unfortunately, there where some issues with the buses during the week-end and then you have to walk around 40 min. However, during the week the bus system worked very well so maybe we were unlucky for a couple days. Of course this has nothing to do with the B&B in itself, the quality of the stay compensates largely for that :)

Elena is a very nice hostess. The Appartement is in a sweat Tuscany house. Even it was higher than 40 grade outside in room is always comfortable with air condition. The bus line 11 is in 3 minutes to walk and can arrive in the heart of city, very convenient. Elena bridged guests to have a friendly mood. I will come here again for next time in Florence.❤️

Elena was an incredible host! She provided detailed restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, helped us schedule taxis and made a fantastic breakfast every morning in her beautiful kitchen. She is also such a nice and sweet person - knows everyone's name and goes above and beyond for her guests. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The B&B was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. Everything looked lovely and was very clean. Elena was an amazing host. She was very thoughtful - she recommended us some nice places and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. I would definitely stay there again.

Elena was a super friendly host whose attentiveness made our trip memorable. The location is few stops away to Porta Romana and very convenient to commute from when we were visiting the city center. Our room was spacious and Elena’s breakfasts were simple and delicious. We particularly liked the coffee that was served fresh and with full of aroma every morning.

N/A - I wish we could spend some chilled time in its garden as it was beautiful but we were spending most of the time out and about in the city.

Elena was wonderful; she was very kind and patient and helped us to make the most of our trip. She helped us figure out public transport and told us where the best local restaurants were.

Elena made our visit to Florence so easy by explaining the buses (and routes marked on a map) and bus stops, places to eat and visit. Conveniently situated just out of town in a very tranquil neighbourhood. Lovely breakfast and sightseeing advice from a friendly and helpful hostess.

Really nice B&B located in the peaceful and beautiful suburbs of Florence. The owner is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location is good, 20' walk to the old town and useful bus service nearby.

It was a large room. It was cleaned every day. The breakfast was always delicious, with eggs prepared to our wishes.

Excellent and super clean B&B run by a very welcoming and charming owner (Elena). Although located on the other side of the river from downtown Florence it was very easy to catch a bus (Number 11) just a quick walk from the hotel. Turn left on the main street .. and the stop for the bus is front of a car wash / camper parking - you just have to keep walking a few meters past this stop to a Café-Tabaco shop to purchase your bus ticket(s). Plaza Michelangelo with superb views overlooking Florence city (delightful to visit for sunset) and the Bobili Gardens are not far from the B&B as well. Elena's B&B is located on a quiet side street and we were lucky enough to snag a parking space (free) right in front of her establishment for the duration of our two days. A nice garden to sit in both at the front and the back of the house. Really nicely decorated. The B&B is taken care of with great love and it shows. Breakfast is spot on - loads of choices from savory to sweet and Elena whips up the fluffiest tastiest scrambled eggs I have eaten in a long time! :)

One of the nicest B&B’s we ever stayed in. The house is gorgeous, the room was very comfortable and the host Elena is absolutely charming. Great breakfast, easy and free parking in the street outside and a short bus ride or walk into the city centre. We stayed for a couple of nights but could have spent a couple of months easily ! :) Count yourself lucky if you get a room as I am sure it is very heavily booked. We just loved our stay and the atmosphere in the lovely garden was great just to have a coffee and soak up the old world Italian charm.
