One night, the next door was making a party in the midnight. We called the reception, but the lady on the phone told us that we should talk to the people who are making noise. Why shouls I in contact with those ruse people?? Thats the purpose of staying in o hotel rather than an airbnb. So, they didnt do anything about the loud noise coming from the next door. UNACCEPTABLE

Amazing location, good staff and very clean. I was travelling Solo, its super safe. Good breakfast options. Kind staff overall. Great views from my hotel. I will be staying gere again in summers.

The Location and the property itself is nice .

The breakfast doesn’t meet Wyndham standards especially the staff didn’t really understand that most hotels of this level have dedicated vegan options . Breakfast in general lacked creativity and was repetitive. For example, stayed at Wyndham in Wroclaw, Poland. The breakfast was fantastic with a so many options for vegans . Also there was no plant based milk at the breakfast and only after requesting them, cappuccino with almond milk was served.

החלון של החדר מופנה ללובי ובגלל הרעש לא הצלחתי לישון והטלפון של הלובי צורח בצלצול ומגיע עד לחדר. ולכן עזבתי את המלון ועברתי למלון אחר. ארוחת בוקר סבירה לא יותר. לשומרי כשר לא מומלץ.

Termizlik, konum, personel.. Odalar konforlu, personel yardımsever, konum çok iyi.

Kahvaltıda peynirler kurumasın diye bir önlem alınabilir.

We liked how the room was spacious and the panoramic view.

We did not appreciate how we the staff didn’t welcome us to the property like any standard 5 stars hotel where a concierge will assist you in. Even when I mentioned to the receptionist that we need someone to help, she told us we have to wait and no one cared if we leave the luggage out or if we waited out in the cold. On the other hand, the most disappointing part is when we found out that someone went into our room while we were showering without permission. Their excuse was “we wanted to surprise you with a cake”. This is totally unacceptable and against hospitality policy.

Great location very close to the mall, activities and the Christmas Market. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Parking. They did do their best to get us good parking. However it must be said that parking at hotels anywhere in Tbilisi is a mission.

An exceptional premium hotel at the heart of the city. The rooms have good view, it is silent at nights and very clean. The bathroom closet has inbuilt faucet which might be helpful more for Asian tourists. The breakfast options were really good and very helpful and pleasant staffs all around. The bathroom is very clean and no odour at all. The towels and accessories are well arranged and provided. The soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash of very good quality provided. The booking included spa and sauna access. There two Restaurants in the hotel which are affordable and good food. You get down the front door and to your left side is freedom square and go straight to Main Street where parliament building and Opera House is there. Go any other directions you get lot of Restuarants, shopping mall and supermarkets. To the left just after freedom square in Iveria street you have souvenirs shop with affordable rates.

The tea bags for not replaced for next day, May be missed and I didn’t ask for it. Also no creamer for making tea or coffee, this could be added.

The location is perfect for discovering the city, and it's near to every place you want to visit. Moreover, the staff were so helpful and assisting. Not to forget the beautiful view of the city from the window of the room (Deluxe room).

ive been at low season and however room rate price is high, ive booked king bed room, however provided two single beds attached and the bed not confirtable at all.

Pay attention and be careful when booking this hotel! Scammers used hotel system and have stolen my credit cards data! Just because of good security system on the side of my bank money were not charged. But as result I was left without 3 credit cards abroad and have to organize their delivery from the home country now. It seems this hotel do not pay much attention to IT system security. Booking.com should avoid to cooperate with this type of hosts.

Location is great. Breakfast includes different type from various countries.

The door in The bathroom was swollen from humidity and not able to close. Their conditioner was making very weird noise and not able to use. worst thing is that the room was overlooking to the inner lobby, so there was no window looking outside and this was not mentioned in before I made the reservation.
